Abstract
Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh keterampilan berbicara anak yang masih rendah berdasarkan hasil observasi di kelas III dari salah satu sekolah dasar negri di Kota Bandung, melalui keterampilan berkomunikasi anak dapat mengaktualisasikan pengetahuannya secara langsung kepada orang lain dengan baik, sehingga anak bisa bersaing menjadi manusia yang unggul. Penelitian ini merupakan perangkat pembelajaran berupa Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran (RPP), bahan ajar, media pembelajaran, lembar kerja peserta didik dan instrumen penilaian berbasis metode storytelling yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan berbicara siswa kelas III Sekolah Dasar. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian deskriptif dengan metode Delphi. Pengumpulan data menggunakan lembar kesepakatan yang memuat kriteria penilaian untuk rancangan perangkat pembelajaran. Selanjutnya, dilakukan validasi oleh ahli bidang pendidikan mengenai kesesuaian dan kelayakan rancangan perangkat pembelajaran ini untuk diimplementasikan di kelas III Sekolah Dasar. Berdasarkan hasil temuan, kedua ahli sudah menyepakati bahan ajar, media pembelajaran, lembar kerja peserta didik, dan instrumen pembelajaran. Namun, dalam RPP ada beberapa komponen yang kurang disepakati yaitu pada kegiatan pendahulaun. Peneliti kemudian melakukan perbaikan dan melakukan validasi hingga dua kali. Hasil akhir rancangan perangkat pembelajaran berupa RPP, bahan ajar, media pembelajaran, lkpd dan instrumen penilaian, dengan ini mendapat kesimpulan bahwa rancangan perangkat pembelajaran ini layak digunakan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan berbicara siswa sekolah dasar.This research is motivated by the low speaking skills of children based on observations in class III from one of the public elementary schools in the city of Bandung, through communication skills children can actualize their knowledge directly to others well, so that children can compete to be superior human beings. This research is a learning tool in the form of Learning Implementation Plans (RPP), teaching materials, learning media, student worksheets and assessment instruments based on the storytelling method which aims to improve the speaking skills of third grade elementary school students. This research uses descriptive research with Delphi method. Data collection uses an agreement sheet that contains assessment criteria for the design of learning devices. Furthermore, validation was carried out by education experts regarding the suitability and feasibility of this learning device design to be implemented in grade III Elementary School. Based on the findings, the two experts have agreed on teaching materials, learning media, student worksheets, and learning instruments. However, in the RPP there are several components that are not agreed upon, namely the pre-existing activities. The researcher then made improvements and validated it twice. The final result of the design of learning tools in the form of lesson plans, teaching materials, learning media, LKPD and assessment instruments, it is concluded that the design of this learning device is suitable to be used to improve the speaking skills of elementary school students.
