Abstract

Pembelajaran tatap muka di Indonesia tahun ajaran 2020/2021 diberhentikan untuk sementara hingga waktu yang belum ditentukan karena mengikuti program PSBB (Pembatasan Sosial Berskala Besar) yang diterbitakan Kementerian Kesehatan dalam rangka Percepatan penanganan Covid-19. Program Pembelajaran Jarak Jauh (PJJ) ini mengakibatkan terganggunya aktivitas dan hasil belajar siswa. Peneliti menganggap perlu untuk melakukan penelitian terhadap aktivitas dan hasil belajar siswa pada Pembelajaran Jarak Jauh (PJJ) ini. Penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan metode penelitian studi kasus kualitatif. Subjek pada penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas IV-A SD Negeri Wantilan Kecamatan Cipeundeuy Kabupaten Subang sebanyak 3 siswa. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui aktivitas dan hasil belajar siswa pada Pembelajaran Jarak Jauh Tema Indahnya Kebersamaan di tahun ajaran 2020/2021 sebagai akibat dari Pandemi Covid-19. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah lembar observasi dan pedoman wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aktivitas siswa ketika belajar di rumah cukup rendah dan hasil belajar siswa dipengaruhi latar belakang siswa. Face-to-face learning in 2020/2021 academic year throughout Indonesia was temporarily suspended until an undetermined time. Distance learning is needed as a response to the implementation of large scale social restrictions. This program published by the Indonesia Ministry of Health to stop the spread of Corona Virus Disease (Covid-19). However, the Distance Learning program may disrupts student activity and learning outcomes. Hence it necessary to conduct research to investigate students’ activities and learning outcomes of Distance Learning. This research was conducted using a qualitative case study research method. The subjects in this study were 3 students of class IV-A SD Negeri Wantilan, Cipeundeuy District, Subang Regency. The purpose of this study was to determine the activities and learning outcomes of students in Distance Learning in the theme of The Beauty of Togetherness on 2020/2021 academic year during Covid-19 Pandemic. The research instruments used were observation sheet and interview protocols. The results showed that students learning activities at home during Distance Learning were quite low and student learning outcomes were influenced by students backgrounds.
