Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh keresahan penulis terhadap pelaksanaan tata tertib di SMPN 12 Bandung. Dari semua aturan tata tertib, penulis ingin memfoskuskan pada 3 pasal yang terdapat pada aturan tata tertib tersebut mengenai pelaksanaan kehadiran dan kerapihan hal ini dimaksudkan untuk melihat implementasi peranan tata tertib mengenai pelaksanaan kehadiran dan kerapihan yang berpengaruh pada peningkatan karakter siswa SMPN 12 Bandung kelas VIII-D. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara wawancara dan observasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa: Pertama, peningkatan 5 nilai karakter utama ini melalui pelaksanaan tata tertib disekolah dengan memilih dimensi kehadiran dan kerapihan, pada pelaksanaan ini menunjukan bahwa tata tertib kegiatan belajar mengajar sekolah belum maksimal. Hal ini terjadi karena kurangnya optimalisasi guru dalam mendukung penegakkan tata tertib secara konsisten; Kedua; Pelaksanaan kehadiran di SMPN 12 Bandung dilihat dari ketepatan waktu ketika masuk sekolah, keterangan hadir siswa disekolah, aktivitas siswa yang dilakukan di waktu jam pelajaran dimensi tata tertib kehadiran menjadi pembentuk nilai-nilai yang harus dimiliki siswa; Ketiga, Kerapihan siswa kelas VIII D ini dilihat dari segi penampilan yang diperlihatkan dilingkungan sekolah, yaitu dari pakaian, rambut, aksesoris yang dipakai serta alas kaki/sepatu; Keempat, Dampak pelaksanaan tata tertib bagi peningkatan karakter siswa kelas VIII D dilihat dari pengaruh tata tertib dalam membentuk atau meningkatkan karakter siswa yang sesuai dengan pogram PPK dari Kemendikbud, upaya yang dipakai dengan cara memfungsikan peran tata tertib yang harus ditingkatkan sebagai wujud implementasi dari program tersebut.'; This research is motivated by concerns of authors to the implementation of the order in the SMP 12 Bandung. This happens due to lack of optimization of teachers in supporting the establishment of rules consistently; Second; Implementation presence in SMPN 12 Bandung views of punctuality when attending school, students attend school information, student activities conducted at the time of school hours attendance order dimension into forming values that must be owned by the students; Third, the neatness of this D class VIII in terms of appearance is shown in the environment of the school, from clothes, hair, accessories and footwear worn / shoes; Fourth.
