Abstract

Kemampuan berpikir kreatif membantu siswa menciptakan gagasan baru dan memahami materi secara lebih rinci berdasarkan hasil pemikirannya sendiri. Aplikasi assemblr membuat persepsi siswa lebih jelas melalui objek 3D. Penelitian ini tertuju pada permasalahan perbedaan peningkatan kemampuan berpikir kreatif yang signifikan pada aspek fluency, flexibility, originality dan elaboration setelah menggunakan media pembelajaran interaktif berbasis aplikasi Assemblr dibandingkan media powerpoint. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuasi eksperimen dengan desain nonequivalent control group dan test uraian sebagai alat pengumpulan data. Subyek yang terlibat dalam penelitian ini yaitu seluruh kelas VII di SMPN 40 Bandung, dengan kelas A sebagai kelompok eksperimen dan kelas B sebagai kelompok kontrol. Uji statistik hipotesis dengan independent sample ttest, menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan berpikir kreatif siswa kelompok eksperimen lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan siswa kelompok kontrol.;--Creative thinking skill can help students to generate new idea and understand learning material in more detail based on their thoughts. Assemblr application made their perception more clear through 3D object. This research addresses problem of the significant difference of creative thinking skill improvement at the aspects fluency, flexibility, originality, and elaboration after utilizing interactive instructional assemblr application-base media compared to powerpoint. This research used a non-equivalent control group design quasi-experiment method and an essay test as the data collection. The subject involved in this study were all eight graders of SMPN 40 Bandung, with class A assigned as a treatment group and class B as a control group. Statistical hypothesis test using an independent sample t-test shows that the creative thinking skill of the students involved in the quasiexperiment is higher than those who were in the control group.
