Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi rendahnya hasil belajar kognitif siswa pada mata pelajaran IPA. Solusi yang dapat dilakukan yaitu dengan penerapan model pembelajaran group investigation. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran, pelaksanaan pembelajaran dan peningkatan hasil belajar siswa dengan penerapan model pembelajaran group investigation. Partisipan penelitian berjumlah 24 siswa kelas V SD yang berada di Kecamatan Sukajadi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian tindakan kelas model Kemmis dan Mc Taggart yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa penyusunan rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran sudah menyesuaikan dengan prinsip pembuatan RPP yang tercantum dalam Permediknas No 22 tahun 2016. Terjadi peningkatan hasil belajar IPA siswa terbukti dengan rata-rata nilai hasil belajar siklus I adalah 74,27 meningkat pada siklus II menjadi 83,67. Ketuntasan klasikal pada siklus I adalah 70,84% meningkat pada siklus II menjadi 91.66% dan sudah memenuhi kriteria keberhasilan penelitian. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran group investigation dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar IPA siswa kelas V SD.;--This research is motivated by low cognitive learning outcomes of students in science subjects. The solution that can be done is by applying group investigation learning model. The purpose of this study is to describe the implementation plan of learning, implementation of learning and improvement of student learning outcomes with the application of group investigation learning model. The study participants were 24 students of grade V SD in Sukajadi sub-district. The research method used is the research of class action of Kemmis and Mc Taggart model which implemented in two cycles. The result of the research states that the compilation of the learning implementation plan has been adjusted to the principle of making the RPP listed in Permediknas No 22 of 2016. The improvement of the students' learning outcomes is proven with the average score of learning result of cycle I is 74.27 increase in cycle II to 83, 67. Classical mastery in cycle I is 70,84% increase in cycle II become 91.66% and already meet the criterion of research success. Thus it can be concluded that the implementation of group investigation learning model can improve the learning outcomes of science students of grade V SD.
