Abstract

Permasalahan yang diangkat dalam penelitian ini adalah belum optimalnya kinerja guru honorer di SMK Islamic Centre Kabupaten Cirebon. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui gambaran kompensasi, gambaran lingkungan kerja, dan gambaran kinerja guru honorer, serta untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja guru honorer di SMK Islamic Centre Kabupaten Cirebon. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 40 orang guru honorer. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode survei. Teori yang digunakan adalah teori perilaku organisasi Stephen P Robbins. Alat pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah angket. Selanjutnya untuk menguji pengaruh variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat penulis menggunakan analisis data inferensial dengan melakukan uji t dan uji F. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regregi ganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Tingkat kompensasi di SMK Islamic Centre Kabupaten Cirebon yaitu tinggi. Insentif merupakan indikator yang paling rendah. (2) Kondusifitas lingkungan kerja di SMK Islamic Centre Kabupaten Cirebon yaitu kondusif. Kebisingan merupakan indikator yang paling rendah. (3) Tingkat kinerja guru honorer di SMK Islamic Centre Kabupaten Cirebon yaitu sedang. Inisiatif dalam bekerja merupakan indikator yang paling rendah. (4) Pengaruh kompensasi terhadap kinerja guru honorer di SMK Islamic Centre Kabupaten Cirebon yaitu sedang/cukup kuat (5) Pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja guru honorer di SMK Islamic Centre Kabupaten Cirebon yaitu lemah (6) Pengaruh kompensasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja guru honorer di SMK Islamic Centre Kabupaten Cirebon yang secara simultan yaitu sedang/cukup kuat. ;----The problem discussed in this research is not yet optimal performance of honorary teahers. This research was conducted to find out description of compensation, description of work environment, and desription of performance of honorary teacher, and then to find out the influence of compensation and work environment on the performance of honorary teaher at SMK Islamic Centre Kabupaten Cirebon. The population in this research is 40 honorary teachers. This research uses quantitative research methods by survey methods. The theory used is the theory of organizational behavior by Stephen P Robbins. Data collection tool used are questionnaires. Furthermore, to test the influence of variable independent to variable dependent, the author use inferential data analysis by doing t test and F test. In this research, the technique analysis of data used is multiple regression analysis. The research results show that (1) the compensation rate at SMK Islamic Centre Kabupaten Cirebon is high. Incentives are the lowest indicator. (2) the work envinroment at SMK Islamic Centre Kabupaten Cirebon is conducive. Noise are the lowest indicator. (3) the performance of honorary teacher rate is moderate. Initiative are the lowest indicator.(4) the influence of compensation on the performance of honorary teacher at SMK Islamic Centre Kabupaten Cirebon which partially have a moderate/strong influence. (2) the influence of work environment on the performance of honorary teacher at SMK Islamic Centre Kabupaten Cirebon which partially have a weak influence. (3) the influence of compensation and work environment on the performance of honorary teacher at SMK Islamic Centre Kabupaten Cirebon which partially have a moderate/strong influence.
