Abstract

Penelitian ini beranjak dari permasalahan kurangnya kemampuan guru yang bukan berlatar belakang pendidikan di program keahlian kepariwisataan SMKN 15 Bandung dalam menyusun RPP yang berorientasi pada pendekatan saintifik. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu menganalisis RPP Standar Kompetensi Public Area yang terdiri dari enam kompetensi dasar (KD), yaitu RPP KD Area Umum, KD Peralatan Pembersih Area Umum, KD Bahan Pembersih Area Umum, KD Objek dan Jenis Pengotor Area Umum, KD Prosedur Pembersihan Area Umum Secara Manual dan KD Prosedur Pembersihan Area Umum Secara Makinal. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analitik deskriptif dengan menggunakan instrumen format analisis produk RPP yang dilakukan oleh empat orang ahli kurikulum dan dua orang ahli mata pelajaran tata graha. Temuan hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa analisis RPP SK Public Area yang sudah ada di SMK menunjukkan tiga RPP SK Public Area berada pada kategori baik dan dapat digunakan dengan revisi minor serta tiga RPP SK Public Area berada pada kategori cukup dan disarankan tidak digunakan karena harus revisi mayor. Hasil analisis para ahli dijadikan rujukan untuk pengembangan RPP. Komponen yang dikembangkan pada RPP SK Public Area adalah indikator pencapaian kompetensi, tujuan pembelajaran, materi pembelajaran, kegiatan pembelajaran, pendekatan/ metode pembelajaran, media pembelajaran dan penilaian hasil pembelajaran.; This research started from the lack of teachers’ ability who have not educational background in tourism skills program at SMKN 15 Bandung in preparing a lesson plan based on scientific approach. The purpose of this research is to analyze the lesson plan of Public Area Standard Competence which consists of six basic competence (KD), namely lesson plan of General Area, General Tools Cleaners Area, General Cleaning Area, General Objects and Impurity Types, General Cleaning Area in Manual Procedure and General Cleaning Public Area in Makinal Procedure. This research uses a descriptive analytical method using an instrument format of lesson plan product analysis carried out by four experts in curriculum and two experts in housekeeping subjects. The findings of the research obtained that the analysis results of lesson plan of Public Areas Standard Competence existing in SMK showed there are three lesson plans of Public Area Standard Competence are in the good category and can be used with minor revisions and three lesson plans of Public Area Standard Competence are in the adequate category. Moreover, they was advised not to use these lesson plans because they have major revisions. The analysis results of the experts are used as a reference for the development of the lesson plan. Components developed in the lesson plan of Public Area Standard Competence is an indicator of competence achievements, learning objectives, learning materials, learning activities, learning approach / learning methods, media and assessment.
