Abstract
Abstrak: Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kondisi siswa yang merasa kesulitan dalam mengikuti pembelajaran bahasa Arab, terutama dalam menghafal, mempelajari, dan menulis kosakata bahasa Arab. Peneliti memfokuskan penelitian analisis kesulitan belajar kosakata bahasa Arab ini dengan tujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kemampuan penguasaan kosakata bahasa Arab siswa, kemampuan menulis kosakata bahasa Arab siswa, kemampuan menulis siswa jika kemampuan kosakatanya rendah, faktor penyebab kesulitan belajar kosakata bahasa Arab siswa, upaya yang dilakukan siswa dalam mengatasi kesulitan yang mereka hadapi, dan mendeskripsikan upaya guru dalam mengatasi kesulitan yang dialami oleh siswa. Peneliti menganggap penting untuk mengatasi penyebab permasalahan ini sehingga mendapatkan solusi, karena jika hal tersebut tidak diperhatikan dapat menyebabkan rendahnya kemampuan siswa dalam berbahasa Arab, sedangkan kemampuan berbahasa seseorang dikatakan sudah sempurna apabila sudah memiliki kekayaan kosakata. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif yang bertujuan untuk menganalisis kesulitan belajar kosakata bahasa Arab siswa dan implikasinya terhadap keterampilan menulis siswa. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah peneliti sendiri yang disebut human instrument, dan untuk mengumpulkan data yang diperlukan peneliti melakukan studi pustaka, observasi langsung ke sekolah SMA Pasundan 2 Bandung, menyebar angket kepada siswa kelas X-5, dan melakukan wawancara kepada guru bahasa Arab dan beberapa siswa kelas X-5. Dari hasil analisis data yang diperoleh dari kegiatan observasi, peneliti dapat menyimpulkan bahwa kemampuan penguasaan kosakata siswa termasuk kategori kurang sekali, dengan demikian keterampilan menulis kosakata bahasa Arab siswa juga rendah. Dari hasil analisis data angket, peneliti menemukan beberapa faktor yang menyebabkan siswa kesulitan belajar kosakata bahasa Arab, yakni faktor intrinsik dan faktor ekstrinsik. Faktor intrinsik adalah faktor yang berasal dari diri siswa, seperti faktor fisiologis dan faktor psikologis. Sedangkan faktor ekstrinsik adalah faktor yang berasal dari luar siswa, seperti faktor lingkungan dan faktor instrumental. Dan dengan didukung data hasil wawancara, peneliti menyimpulkan bahwa kesulitan belajar yang dialami siswa disebabkan oleh metode pembelajaran guru yang tidak sesuai dengan kondisi dan harapan siswa. Abstract: This research was motivated by the condition of the students who find difficulty in following the Arabic learning, especially in memorizing, studying, and writing Arabic vocabulary. Researcher focused on the analysis of Arabic vocabulary learning difficulties with its purpose is to describe the ability of students in mastering of Arabic vocabulary, writing skills with vocabulary Arabic, writing skill with low vocabulary skill, the factors of Arabic vocabulary learning difficulties of students, the effort of the students in coping with their difficulties, and the effort of teacher to cope with the difficulties their students. Researcher considered that it is important to deal with the cause of these problems until getting the solution. Because if it is not regarded It will lead to low ability students in Arabic Skill, while one's ability to speak is said to have been perfect if it already has rich of vocabularies. The research method used in this research is descriptive method with qualitative approach a method to analyses the difficulty of the students in learning Arabic vocabulary and its implication for students’ writing skills in which the instrument used in this research is human instrument and the researcher collected the necessary data with undertaking study literature, direct observation to SMA Pasundan 2 Bandung, with spreading a questionnaire to the students of 10Th - 5, and conducting interview to Arabic teacher and some other students. From the analysis result of data obtained from the observation, the researcher could conclude that the vocabulary skill of the students included the very less category, so that writing skill with student’s vocabularies is low too. From the analysis result of questionnaire data, the researcher found several factors that caused students have difficulty to learn Arabic vocabulary namely intrinsic and extrinsic factors. Intrinsic factor is a factor that comes from the students them selves, such as physiological factors and psychological factors. On other words, extrinsic factor is a factor that comes from outside the students, such asenvironmental factor and instrumental factor, and with supported by the data result of the interviews, the researcher concluded that the difficulty in learning was caused by the teacher learning method that was not suitable with the condition and expectation of students.
