    Abstract

    Pada proses pencapaian Standar Nasional Pendidikan (SNP) sekolah
    seyogiyanya melakukan penjaminan mutu pendidikan. Penjaminan mutu yang
    dilakukan harus sesuai dengan peraturan pemerintah. Adanya perubahan peraturan
    penjaminan mutu yang awalnya menggunakan Permendikbud Nomor 28 Tahun
    2016 menjadi Permendikbud Ristek Nomor 9 Tahun 2022 menuntut sekolah untuk
    adaptif terhadap perubahan dengan menyusun kembali strategi. Penelitian ini
    bertujuan mendapatkan informasi: 1) perencanaan penjaminan mutu; 2) strategi
    penjaminan mutu; 3) pelaksanaan penjaminan mutu; 4) evaluasi penjaminan mutu;
    dan 5) tindak lanjut penjaminan mutu. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu
    deskriptif pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah
    wawancara, observasi, dan kajian dokumentasi. Dari hasil penelitian yang
    dilakukan, peneliti menemukan 1) penguatan literasi dengan mengoptimalkan
    program book lovers dan penambahan jam mata pelajaran; 2) pengelompokan kelas
    berdasarkan kemampuan matematika, penguatan numerasi dengan
    mengoptimalkan program drill math dan penambahan jam mata pelajaran; 3)
    pengembangan karakter dengan penguatan program pembiasaan; 4) penguatan
    kegaaman dengan program tasmi’ dan praktik ibadah; 5) kompetensi guru dengan
    program upgrading guru melalui IHT, workshop, pelatihan dan pembinaan.

    On the process of achieving Standar Nasional Pendidikan (SNP), schools should
    carry out quality assurance in education. Quality assurance of education should
    appropiate with government regulations. The change in quality assurance
    regulations which originally used Permendikbud No 28 in 2016 to Permendikbud
    Ristek Number 9 in 2022 requires schools to be adaptive by rearranging strategies.
    This study aims to obtain information: 1) quality assurance planning; 2) quality
    assurance strategy; 3) implementation of quality assurance; 4) quality assurance
    evaluation; and 5) continousness of quality assurance. The research method used is
    descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques used are interviews, observation,
    and documentation review. From the results of the research conducted, the
    researchers found 1) strengthening literacy by optimizing the book lovers program
    and adding time to learn; 2) grouping class based math, strengthening numeracy by
    optimizing drill math programs and adding time to learn; 3) character development
    by strengthening the habituation program; 4) strengthening religion with the tasmi'
    program and worship practices; 5) teacher competence with teacher upgrading
    programs through IHT, workshops, training and coaching.
