Abstract
Popularitas pembelajaran Bahasa Korea di Indonesia semakin meningkat seiring dengan berkembangnya gelombang Hallyu. Hal ini terlihat dari banyaknya ekstrakurikuler Bahasa Korea yang bermunculan di tingkat pendidikan menengah. Penelitian ini difokuskan pada anggota ekstrakurikuler di SMKN 7 Bandung yang menghadapi sejumlah kesulitan dalam mempelajari Bahasa Korea. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menilai keefektifan metode pembelajaran Drill dalam meningkatkan penguasaan kosa kata Bahasa Korea serta untuk mengidentifikasi perbedaan kemampuan penguasaan kosa kata sebelum dan setelah penerapan metode tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuasi eksperimen dengan desain eksperimen one-group pretest-posttest. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan atau perbedaan pada kemampuan penguasaan kosakata siswa dilihat dari nilai rata-rata pre-test dan post-test, yang meningkat dari 87,3 menjadi 92. Berdasarkan analisis uji hipotesis dengan uji Wilcoxon, ditemukan bahwa nilai uji Wilcoxon (0,000) < nilai signifikansi (0,05), menunjukkan penolakan terhadap H0 dan penerimaan terhadap H1. Ini mengindikasikan adanya pengaruh antara sebelum dan setelah menggunakan metode pembelajaran Drill. Meskipun demikian, nilai N-gain sebesar 0.1201 menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan metode pembelajaran Drill memiliki Nilai N-Gain yang rendah, kemungkinan dipengaruhi oleh kemampuan dasar siswa yang sudah cukup tinggi sebelum mendapatkan perlakuan. Hasil angket penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tanggapan siswa terhadap metode pembelajaran drill cukup positif, sehingga penulis menganggap bahwa penggunaan metode pembelajaran Drill ini cocok digunakan oleh para pembelajar Bahasa Korea dalam pembelajaran kosakata. Dengan begitu, metode pembelajaran drill ini dapat dijadikan solusi untuk meningkatkan kemampuan penguasaan kosakata bahasa Korea pada pembelajaran kedepannya. The increasing Hallyu wave in Indonesia is the reason for the popularity of learning Korean recently. One example is that many extracurricular activities have emerged in senior high schools and vocational high schools. This research was carried out on extracurricular members of SMKN 7 Bandung but until now there are still difficulties in learning Korean among students. This research aimed to find out the effectiveness of the drill learning method in enhancing proficiency in Korean vocabulary mastery and to find out whether there are differences in vocabulary mastery before and after the treatment. The researcher used a quasi-experimental method with an experimental design, namely a one-group pretest-posttest design. The results of this research showed that there is an increase in the average pre-test and post-test results which were initially valued at 87.3 to 92. Based on the results of the hypothesis test analysis using the Wilcoxon test, the Wilcoxon test value (0.000) < the significance value (0.05), is obtained. which means that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted which means there is a significant improvement between before using drill learning and after using drill learning methods. The obtained N-gain value of 0.1201 suggests that the use of the Drill learning method resulted in a relatively low N-gain, possibility influenced by the students who initially had high basic proficiency before the treatment. The results of the research questionnaire showed that students' responses to the drill learning method were quite positive, so the author considered that the use of the Drill learning method was suitable for use by Korean language learners in vocabulary learning. That way, this drill learning method can be used as a solution to improve the ability to master Korean vocabulary in future learning. 본 연국에는 인도네시아에서 증가하는 한류는 현재 고등학교 및 직업학교에서의 많은 외부 활동으로 나타나는데, 이는 최근 한국어 학습이 더욱 인기를 끌고 있음을 보여준다. 본 연구는 SMKN 7 Bandung의 외부 활동 회원을 대상으로 실시되었으며, 현재까지 회원들 사이에서 한국어 학습에 어려움이 있음이 확인되었다. 연구의 목적은 한국어 어휘 능력에서 Drill 학습 방법의 효과를 평가하고 처치 전후의 어휘 능력 차이를 확인하는 것이다. 연구자는 One-Group Pretest-Posttest 실험 설계를 사용하여 준 실험적 방법을 채택했다. 연구 결과에 따르면, One-Group Pretest-Posttest 검사의 평균 결과는 87.3에서 92로 상승했다. 윌콕슨 검정을 통한 가설 검정 결과는 윌콕슨 검정 값(0.000)이 유의 수준(0.05)보다 작아, H0는 기각되고 H1은 수용됨을 나타낸다. 이는 드릴 학습 방법을 사용하기 전과 후에 상당한 향상이 있음을 의미한다. 또한, N-게인 점수인 0.1201은 드릴 학습 방법의 사용이 처치하기 전에 이미 높은 학생의 기본 능력에 영향을 미칠 가능성이 낮은 것을 나타낸다. 연구 설문 결과 드릴러닝 방법에 대한 학생들의 반응이 상당히 긍정적인 것으로 나타나 저자는 드릴러닝 방법의 활용이 어휘 학습에 있어 한국어 학습자들이 활용하기에 적합하다고 생각했다. 그래야 향후 학습에서 한국어 어휘 숙달 능력을 향상시킬 수 있는 해결책으로 이 드릴러닝 방법을 활용할 수 있을 것이다.
