Abstract
Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kurangnya pemahaman serta kurangnya edukasi usaha Kesehatan sekolah kepada peserta didik dilingkungan sekolah. Hal ini juga membuat pemahaman siswa akan perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat sangat minim karena tidak adanya edukasi dari guru. Tujuan yang ingin dicapai dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk memberikan edukasi secara langsung kepada peserta didik terkait usaha Kesehatan sekolah dan perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat yang didalamnya meliputi, Pendidikan Kesehatan, pelayanan Kesehatan, dan pembinaan lingkungan sekolah yang sehat sehingga nantinya program usaha Kesehatan sekolah akan terus berjalan, dan pengetahuan siswa akan pemahaman perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat bertambah dan meningkat. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian experiment dengan bentuk pre- design experimental. Dengan desain penelitianya yaitu one group pret-test dan post-test design. Sampel sebanyak 36 orang peserta didik kelas 5 di sekolah dasar Nagrog, instrument yang digunakan berupa angket perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat. Uji yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini yaitu uji Wilcoxon dan uji N-Gain. Hasil Penelitian Menunjukan bahwa adanya peningkatan pemahaman peserta didik terkait usaha kesehatan sekolah dan perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat dilihat dari nilai signifikasi (2tailed)=0,001 < 0,05 sehingga ada peningkatan dari sebelum dan sesudah diberikan edukasi, kemudian untuk hasil uji N-gain diperoleh nilai N-gain Score sebesar 0,7162>0,7 maka kategori yang diperoleh yaitu tinggi, hal ini berarti adanya peningkatan pemahaman perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat setelah diberikan edukasi usaha Kesehatan sekolah. : This research is motivated by a lack of understanding and lack of school health business education to students in the school environment. This also makes students' understanding of clean and healthy living behavior very minimal because there is no education from the teacher. The goal to be achieved from this research is to provide direct education to students regarding school health efforts and clean and healthy living behavior which includes health education, health services, and fostering a healthy school environment so that later the school health business program will continue to run. , and students' knowledge of understanding clean and healthy lifestyles increases and increases. This study uses experimental research with a pre-design experimental form. With the research design, namely one group pret-test and post-test design. A sample of 36 grade 5 students at Nagrog Elementary School, the instrument used was a clean and healthy lifestyle questionnaire. The tests carried out in this study were the Wilcoxon test and the N-Gain test. The results showed that there was an increase in students' understanding regarding school health efforts and clean and healthy living behavior as seen from the significance value (2tailed) = 0.001 <0.05 so that there was an increase from before and after being given education, then for the N-gain test results obtained the N-gain score is 0.7162> 0.7, the category obtained is high, this means that there is an increase in understanding of clean and healthy living behavior after being given school health business education.
