Abstract

Kurikulum pendidikan Indonesia sudah diperbaharui beberapa kali salah satunya Kurikulum 2013 menuju Kurikulum Merdeka. Kesiapan sekolah mempengaruhi efektivitas penerapan kurikulum karena berhubungan dengan pemahaman mengenai struktur dan karakteristik kurikulum, persiapan, pelaksanaan, dan penilaian pembelajaran, sarana prasarana yang mendukung, serta proses pembelajaran yang didapat oleh peserta didik. Kegiatan pembelajaran terutama yang diselenggarakan di sekolah berhubungan dengan pengaplikasian kurikulum. Pengaplikasian kurikulum terutama kurikulum baru perlu memperhatikan kesiapan sekolah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kesiapan sekolah dalam pengaplikasian Kurikulum Merdeka. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, dan observasi. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari Kepala sekolah, Wakil kepala sekolah bidang kurikulum, Wakil kepala sekolah bidang sarana prasarana, dan guru mata pelajaran Dasar Program Keahlian (DPK) 1 SMKN 6 Bandung. Kesiapan sekolah dalam pengaplikasian Kurikulum Merdeka diukur melalui kesiapan manajemen sekolah dan kesiapan guru dalam pengaplikasian Kurikulum Merdeka. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, tingkat kesiapan sekolah dalam pengaplikasian Kurikulum Merdeka di SMKN 6 Bandung berdasarkan tahap implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka adalah delapan aspek pada tahap mahir, enam aspek pada tahap siap, dan tiga aspek pada tahap berkembang. Enam aspek yang berada pada tahap siap berdampak pada sekolah adalah pengaplikasian Kurikulum Merdeka sudah berdasarkan prinsip-prinsip Kurikulum Merdeka tetapi harus terus mengembangkan enam aspek tersebut. Tiga aspek yang berada pada tahap berkembang berdampak pada sekolah adalah pelaksanaan kegiatan P5 yang masih lebih banyak dipandu oleh guru dan pembelajaran sesuai tahap belajar peserta didik yang baru menyesuaikan dengan fase capaian belajar mayoritas peserta didik di kelas. Sehingga, aspek yang berada pada tahap berkembang harus terus dikembangkan. School readiness affects the effectiveness of curriculum implementation because it relates to understanding the structure and characteristics of the curriculum, preparation, implementation, and assessment of learning, supporting infrastructure, and the learning process obtained by students Learning activities, especially those held in schools, are related to curriculum application. The application of the curriculum, especially the new curriculum, needs to pay attention to school readiness. This research aims to determine the level of school readiness in the application of the Kurikulum Merdeka. This research uses qualitative methods with data collection techniques using interviews, observations, and questionnaires. The research subjects consisted of the Principal, Vice Principal of Curriculum, Vice Principal of Infrastructure,and Dasar Program Keahlian (DPK) 1 Teachers of SMKN 6 Bandung. School readiness in implementing the Kurikulum Merdeka is measured through school management readiness and teacher readiness in implementing the Kurikulum Merdeka. Based on the research results, the level of school readiness in the application of their curriculum at SMKN 6 Bandung based on the implementation stage of the Kurikulum Merdeka is eight aspects at the advanced stage, six aspects at the ready stage, and three aspects at the developing stage. The six aspects that are at the ready stage have an impact on the school is that the application of the Kurikulum Merdeka is based on the principles of the Kurikulum Merdeka but must continue to develop these six aspects. The three aspects thar are at the developing stage have an impact on schools are the implementation of P5 activities which are still more guided by the teacher and learning according to the learning stage of the new learners according to the learning achievement phase of the majority of students in the class. So, aspects that are at the developing stage must continue to be developed.
