Abstract
Penelitian ini berjudul “Penerapan Standar Proses Dalam Implementasi Kurikulum 2013 Sekolah Dasar Di Kecamatan Cidadap Kota Bandung (Studi Kasus Pada Empat Sekolah Dasar di Kecamatan Cidadap Kota Bandung Tahun Ajaran 2021/2022)”. Dilatar belakangi dengan adanya kebijakan pemerintah melalui Kemedikbud, yaitu kurikulum 2013 yang merupakan salah satu kebijakan pendidikan yang bertujuan dalam peningkatan kualitas sumber daya manusia sesuai dengan kebutuhan masyarakat saat ini dengan mengembangkan kompetensi sikap, pengetahuan, dan keterampilan. serta sebagai jantung pada kegiatan pembelajaran. Standar proses kurikulum 2013 yang mengacu pada Permendikbud no.22 Th.2016 sekurang-kurangnya guru perlu memperhatikan empat hal. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis aspek perencanaan, pelakasnaan, penilaian, serta pengawasan dalam penerapan standar proses kurikulum 2013 pada satuan Pendidikan dasar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian, yaitu penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif. Sementara itu, metode deskriptif yang digunakan peneliti ialah dengan pendekatan teknik survei dengan instrument yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa angket atau kuesioner dan studi dokumentasi. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru sekolah dasar di kecamatan Cidadap Kota Bandung, sedangkan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan claster random sampling, yaitu sebanyak 42 responden dari empat sekolah dasar di kecamatan Cidadap Kota Bandung. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa persentase pada aspek perencanaan pembelajaran memiliki nilai 93%, persentase pada aspek pelaksanaan proses pembelajaran memiliki nilai 95%, kemudian persentase pada aspek penilaian hasil belajar memiliki nilai 90% dan terakhir persentase pada aspek pengawasan proses pembelajaran memiliki nilai 97%. Artinya adalah bahwa pada setiap aspek standar proses kurikulum 2013 yang mengacu pada Permendikbud No.22 Th.2016 menunjukkan sebagian besar guru sekolah dasar di kecamatan Cidadap Kota Bandung telah menerapkan standar proses yang sesuai dengan implementasi kurikulum 2013. The background is the existence of government policies through the Ministry of Education and Culture, namely the 2013 curriculum which is one of the educational policies that aims to improve the quality of human resources in accordance with the needs of today's society by developing competency attitudes, knowledge, and skills. and as the heart of learning activities. The standard of the 2013 curriculum process which refers to Permendikbud no.22 Th.2016, at least teachers need to pay attention to four things. The purpose of this study is to describe and analyze aspects of planning, implementation, assessment, and supervision in the application of the 2013 curriculum standard process in basic education units. The research method used in this research is descriptive quantitative research. Meanwhile, the descriptive method used by the researcher is a survey technique approach with the instruments used in this study in the form of a questionnaire or a documentation study. The population of this study were all elementary school teachers in Cidadap sub-district, Bandung City, while the sample in this study used cluster random sampling, as many as 42 respondents from four elementary schools in Cidadap district, Bandung City. The results of this study indicate that the percentage in the learning planning aspect has a value of 93%, the percentage in the implementation aspect of the learning process has a value of 95%, then the percentage in the learning outcome assessment aspect has a value of 90% and finally the percentage in the supervision aspect of the learning process has a value of 97%. This means that in every aspect of the standard process of the 2013 curriculum, which refers to Permendikbud No.22 Th.2016, it shows that most elementary school teachers in the Cidadap district, Bandung City have implemented process standards that are in accordance with the implementation of the 2013 curriculum
