Abstract
Konservasi lingkungan merupakan suatu upaya untuk menjaga, merawat dan melindungi lingkungan dari kerusakan. Saat ini telah banyak kerusakan lingkungan, oleh karena itu perlu ditanamkan nilai-nilai karakter konservasi dengan cara mengenalkan dan menanamkan melalui proses pendidikan, salah satunya kepada siswa di sekolah dasar. Agar muatan materi lebih mudah dipahami, maka pembelajaran dikemas melalui pembelajaran kontekstual dengan bahan ajar yang didasarkan pada latar belakang siswa. Tujuan pada penelitian ini ialah membuat bahan ajar tentang konservasi lingkungan yang memuat nilai-nilai karakter konservasi dari buku cerita Apel Emas, dan latar belakang siswa sebagai dasar penyusunan bahan ajar. Hasil analisis ini kemudian akan disusun dalam sebuah bahan ajar tematik berbasis kearifan lokal di kelas IV Tema 3 Peduli terhadap Makhluk Hidup, Subtema 1, Pembelajaran 3. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis isi dengan teknik analisis data. Berdasarkan hasil analisis ditemukan 22 data penggalan cerita yang memiliki nilai-nilai karakter konservasi, yakni: 1) nilai inspiratif berjumlah 3 penggalan cerita; 2) nilai humanis berjumlah 1 penggalan cerita; 3) nilai peduli berjumlah 7 penggalan cerita; 4) nilai inovatif 1 penggalan cerita; 5) nilai kreatif 6 penggalan cerita; 6) nilai suportif 1 penggalan cerita; 7) nilai jujur 1 penggalan cerita dan 8) nilai adil 2 penggalan cerita, dan persepsi siswa terhadap bahan ajar yang lebih berwarna dengan gambar dan cerita pendek di dalamnya. Adapun bentuk bahan ajar tersebut terdiri dari: cerita pendek, lembar wawancara, dan LKPD menanam tanaman rampai. Dari hasil analisis ini, dapat diketahui bahwa karakter konservasi pada buku Apel Emas dapat melengkapi bahan ajar menanam tanaman rampai. Kata kunci: Bahan Ajar, Konservasi, Kontekstual Environmental conservation is an effort to maintain, care for and protect the environment from damage. Currently there has been a lot of environmental damage, therefore it is necessary to instill the values of conservation character by introducing and instilling them through the educational process, one which is to students in elementary schools. In order to make the content of the material easier to understand, learning is packaged through contextual learning with teaching materials based on students' backgrounds. The purpose of research is to make teaching materials about environmental conservation that contain values of the conservation character from the Golden Apple storybook, and the background of students as the basis for preparing teaching materials. The results of this analysis will then be compiled in a thematic teaching material based on local wisdom in class IV Theme 3 Caring for Living Creatures, Sub-theme 1, Learning 3. This study uses content analysis methods with data analysis techniques. Based on the results of the analysis found 22 data fragments of stories that have conservation character values, namely: 1) inspirational values totaling 3 fragments of stories; 2) the humanist value is 1 piece of the story; 3) the value of caring is 7 fragments of the story; 4) innovative value of 1 story fragment; 5) creative value of 6 pieces of story; 6) supportive value 1 piece of story; 7) honest value of 1 story fragment and 8) fair value of 2 story fragments, and students' perceptions of teaching materials that are more colorful with pictures and short stories in them. The forms of teaching materials consist of: short stories, interview sheets, and LKPD to plant local plants. From the results of this analysis, it can be seen that conservation character in Apel Emas book can be used as teaching materials for growing rampai plants.
