Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh implementasi supervisi kepala sekolah dan iklim sekolah terhadap kinerja mengajar guru SD Negeri yang ada di Kabupaten Purwakarta. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survei dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data menggunakan angket sebagai data primer penelitian dengan responden para guru SD. Pengolahan data menggunakan aplikasi SPSS versi 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1). Supervisi kepala sekolah berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja mengajar guru dengan nilai 58,1%; 2). Iklim sekolah berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja mengajar guru dengan nilai 51,6%; 3). Supervisi kepala sekolah dan iklim sekolah berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja mengajar guru dengan nilai 62,6%. Kinerja guru dalam merencanakan, melaksanakan dan evaluasi pembelajaran perlu di bimbing melalui supervisi kepala sekolah, dan iklim sekolah sebagai dukungan suasana akademis agar mutu pembelajaran semakin berkualitas karena peran kepala sekolah sangat penting sebagai bimbingan akademis bagi para guru untuk meningkatkan kinerja pembelajaran sesuai dengan kompetensi kepala sekolah yang wajib dimiliki. Guru diharapkan dapat memperbaiki evaluasi pembelajaran melalui supervisi kepala sekolah dengan pelaksanaan reward dan punishment yang proporsional sehingga terjadi peningkatan kinerja mengajar dan mutu pembelajaran. Hasil penelitian masih terbatas perlu dilanjutkan penelitian selanjutnya pada aspek –aspek yang berkaitan dengan peran kepala sekolah dan guru. The research method used is a survey method with a quantitative approach. Data collection uses questionnaires as primary research data with elementary school teacher respondents. Data processing using SPSS application version 26. The results of the studyfoundthat: 1). Supervision of the principal has a significant effect on the teaching performance of teachers with a score of 58.1%; 2). The school climate has a significant effect on the teaching performance of teachers with a score of 51.6%; 3). Supervision of the principal and school climate significantly affects the teaching performance of teachers with a score of 62.6%. The performance of teachers in planning, implementing and evaluating learning needs to be guided through the supervision of the principal, and the school climate as an academic atmosphere support so that the quality of learning is more quality because the role of the principal is very important as academic guidance for teachers to improve learning performance in accordance with the competence of the principal who must be owned. Teachers are expected to improve the evaluation of learning through the supervision of the principal withthe implementation of proportional reward dan punishment so that there is an improvement in teaching performance and learning quality. The results of the study are still limited need to continue further research on aspects related to the role of principals and teachers.
