Abstract
Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh konsep diri dan locus of control terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran ekonomi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah survei eksplanatori dengan menggunakan kuesioner sebagai alat pengumpul data. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XII IIS SMA di Wilayah Utara Kota Bandung sebanyak 755 siswa. Dengan menggunakan teknik random sampling diperoleh sampel sebanyak 262 siswa. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis Analisis Regresi Berganda (multiple regresion). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan; (i) konsep diri dan locus of control berada pada kategori tinggi dan rendah, sedangkan hasil belajar siswa rata-rata berada di atas kriteria ketuntasan minimal (KKM); (ii) Konsep diri berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap hasil belajar; (iii) Locus of control berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap hasil belajar.;--The study aims to determine the influence of self concept and locus of control to students learning outcomes on economic subject. The research method used is explanatory survey by using questionnaire as data collecting tool. The population in this study was all student in XI grade of Social Program of Senior Hight School in Northen Area Bandung City, totaled 755 students. By using random sampling methods was obtained 262 students as sample. The technique of data analysis used multiple regression. The results showed that: (i) Self concept and locus of control in the hight and low category, while the learning outcomes in the upper category of KKM; (ii) Self Concept has a positive and significant effect on learning outcomes; (iii) Locus of control has a positive and significant effect on learning outcomes.
