Abstract
Permasalahan yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini adalah belum optimalnya hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran kearsipan di SMK PGRI 2 Cimahi. Tujuan penelitan ini yaitu untuk menguji pengaruh disiplin dan minat belajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Variabel yang diteliti dalam penelitian ini adalah variabel disiplin, minat belajar, dan hasil belajar siswa. Grand theory yang digunakan yaitu teori konstruktivisme dari Vygotsky yaitu dalam pembelajaran terjadi proses interaksi antara faktor-faktor interpersonal (sosial), faktor-faktor kultural-historis, dan faktor-faktor individual yang merupakan kunci dari perkembangan manusia sebagai pembelajar. Metode yang digunakan yaitu dekriptif dan verifikatif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket model Skala Likert. Responden yang dijadikan sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 90 orang siswa dari jumlah populasi sebanyak 116 orang siswa kelas XI jurusan Administrasi Perkantoran di SMK PGRI 2 Cimahi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi ganda. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan menunjukkan pengaruh positif dan signifikan bahwa disiplin dan minat belajar berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah apabila disiplin dan minat belajar siswa meningkat, maka hasil belajar siswa juga akan meningkat. Meskipun demikian, hasil belajar siswa tidak hanya dipengaruhi oleh disiplin dan minat belajar, tentunya ada faktor lain yang juga mempengaruhi hasil belajar siswa kelas XI jurusan Administrasi Perkantoran pada mata pelajaran kearsipan di SMK PGRI 2 Cimahi yang tidak dikaji dalam penelitian ini. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini menyarankan agar guru dapat membantu siswa untuk meningkatkan disiplin dan minat belajarnya, supaya hasil belajar siswa dapat tercapai secara optimal. ;---The problem which is discussed in this research is the less optimal of eleventh grade student’s achievement of archives subject in PGRI 2 Vocational High School Cimahi. The aim of this research is in order to examine the influence of discipline and learning interest against student’s achievement. The variable which is discussed is the variable of discipline, the variable of leraning interest and the variable of student’s achievement. The used grand theory is constructivism theory from Vygotsky namely it happens interaction between interpersonal factors (social), cultural-historical factors, and individual factors in learning process which is the key of human development as the learner. The used research method is descriptive and verificative method with the technique of collecting data uses enquette Skala Likert. The respondent who is made as the sample in this research is 90 students of 116 eleventh grade student’s office administration in PGRI 2 Vocational High School Cimahi. The technique of analyzing data which is used is multiple regression analysis. The result shows positive and significance impacts that discipline and learning interest are affecting to the student’s achievement. The conclusion of this research is when discipline and learning interest is increased, then student’s achievement will be increased. Nevertheless, student’s achievement is not only influenced by discipline and learning interest. There is other factor that influence the eleventh grade of administration major student’s achievement of archives subject in PGRI 2 Vocational High School Cimahi which is not discussed in this research. Consequently, this research suggests in order to the teachers can help the students for increasing their discipline and learning interest, in order that student’s achievement can attained optimally.
