Abstract

Proses mengembangkan kemampuan siswa berkaitan erat dengan kecerdasan yang dimiliki, karena setiap siswa memiliki berbagai macam kecerdasan. Selain itu tuntutan kurikulum 2013 mengenai pembelajaran terpadu pada jenjang Sekolah Dasar membuat guru harus menyiapkan pembelajaran menggunakan pembelajaran terpadu. IPBA merupakan disiplin ilmu yang terintegrasi di berbagai disiplin ilmu lain, dan pada jenjang Sekolah Dasar, IPBA diintegrasikan dalam mata pelajaran IPA, IPS dan Bahasa Indonesia yang dipelajari dari kelas I hingga VI. Berdasarkan hal-hal tersebut sebuah penelitian mengenai pembelajaran terpadu yang mengakomodasi kecerdasan majemuk untuk dapat menanamkan karakter siswa Sekolah Dasar dilakukan. Subyek penelitian merupakan siswa kelas VI Sekolah Dasar Tunas Unggul tahun ajaran 2014/2015 berjumlah 28 siswa dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kombinasi model/desain concurrent embedded (campuran tidak berimbang) dengan metode kuantitatif sebagai metode primer dan metode kualitatif digunakan sebagai metode sekunder. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa angket kecerdasan majemuk, angket respon siswa terhadap kegiatan pembelajaran, lembar observasi yang digunakan adalah lembar observasi karakter siswa yang dibuat dalam 3 bentuk yaitu penilaian diri, penilaian rekan sejawat dan penilaian pengamat, lembar observasi keterlaksanaan aktivitas kecerdasan majemuk dan soal tes kemampuan pertimbangan moral siswa. Melalui pembelajaran yang telah dilaksanakan diperoleh hasil bahwa seluruh karakter dapat dimunculkan oleh siswa dengan persentase di atas 70%, persentase terbesar kemunculan karakter sebesar 93% untuk karakter religius dan persentase terendah kemunculan karakter sebesar 76% untuk karakter rasa ingin tahu. Selain itu aktivitas seluruh kecerdasan majemuk telah dimunculkan dengan persentase rata-rata kemunculan di atas 70%. Model pembelajaran terpadu yang mengakomodasi kecerdasan majemuk dengan tema musim dapat dijadikan salah satu alternatif tema dalam pembelajaran di kelas. Moreover, the demands of the curriculum 2013 concerning integrated learning at elementary school make teachers must prepare learning to using integrated learning. IPBA is discipline that integrated in a variety of other disciplines, and at elementary school level, IPBA integrated in science, social studies and Indonesian language who learned from 1st to 6th grade. Based on these things, a study of integrated learning that accommodates multiple intelligences to instill elementary school student’s character done. The research subjects are 28 students of 6th grade at Tunas Unggul Elementary School in academic year 2014/2015 by using combination research methods of concurrent embedded model / design (not balanced mix) with quantitative methods as the primary method and qualitative methods are used as a secondary method. Instruments used are multiple intelligences questionnaire, responses to learning activities student’s questionnaire, observation sheet used is observation sheet student character created in three forms, namely self-assessment, peer assessment and pengamat assessment, observation sheet of multiple intelligence activities and student moral penilaian test. Through learning has been implemented obtained results that all characters can be appear by students with percentage above 70%, the largest appearance percentage of characters is 93%, namely religious character and the lowest appearance percentage of character is 76%, namely curiosity characte. In addition, the entire activity of multiple intelligences has been appear by the average percentage above 70%. Integrated learning model that accommodates multiple intelligences with season theme can be used as an alternative theme in the classroom.
