Abstract
Penelitian ini di latar belakangi oleh situasi pada masa transisi dari era pandemi menjadi pasca pandemi, yang berpengaruh pada proses kegiatan pembelajaran anak usia dini. Berdasarkan hasil observasi peneliti, sebelum pandemi proses pembelajaran guru masih menggunakan media pembelajaran hanya dengan menggunakan LKA (Lembar Kerja Anak) sehingga pada saat guru menjelaskan materi anak masih suka mengobrol dan fokus anak tidak kepada guru. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui peningkatan keterampilan guru dalam mengelola pembelajaran anak usia dini pasca pandemi. Metode studi kasus digunakan dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Partisipan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah empat orang yaitu dua orang guru kelompok A dan dua orang guru kelompok B yang berlokasi di RA Nurul Huda. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Kemudian data dianalisis menggunakan analisis tematik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa adanya peningkatan keterampilan guru dalam mengelola pembelajaran melalui inovasi guru dalam perencanaan pembelajaran dengan menerapkan metode bermain dan ice breaking sebelum melakukan pembelajaran, inovasi guru dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran guru memberikan motivasi dengan penuh rasa kasih sayang seperti pujian, acungan jempol, menciptakan kelas yang kondusif, dan menyenangkan, juga memberikan fasilitas berupa media yang nyata, serta inovasi guru dalam evaluasi pembelajaran dengan memberikan penilaian berupa fortopolio, format ceklis, dan catatan anekdot, serta pemberian bintang pada hasil karya sebagai penunjang keberhasilan belajar anak. Kata Kunci : Keterampilan guru, pengelolaan pembelajaran, anak usia dini This research reflects the background of the situation during the transition from the pandemic to the post-pandemic era, which affects the process of early childhood education learning activities. Based on the results of the researchers' observations, before the pandemic the teacher's learning process was still using learning media using only LKA (Children's Worksheets) so that when the teacher explained the material the children still liked to chat and the children's focus was not on the teacher. The case study method is used with a qualitative approach. Participants in this research consisted of four people, namely two teachers from group A and two teachers from group B, located in RA Nurul Huda. Data collection techniques were carried out through interviews, observation, and documentation. The thematic analysis was performed on the data obtained. The results of the study show that there is an increase in teacher skills in managing learning through teacher innovation in lesson planning by applying the method of playing and ice breaking before carrying out learning, teacher innovation in carrying out teacher learning provides motivation with great affection such as praise, thumbs up, creating a conducive and fun class, also providing facilities in the form of real media, as well as teacher innovation in learning evaluation by providing assessments in the form of portfolios , checklist formats, and anecdotal notes, as well as giving stars to the work as a support for children's learning success.
