Abstract

Kegiatan wisata edukasi di jenjang pendidikan anak usia dini cenderung diidentikan dengan kegiatan piknik atau rekreasi ke tempat yang jauh setiap akhir pembelajaran dan cenderung dilakukan ketempat yang berhubungan dengan alam. Padahal masih banyak tempat wisata yang mengandung nilai edukasi. Selain itu buku panduan yang terdapat di tempat wisata edukasi kurang cocok untuk digunakan oleh anak usia dini. Begitupun dalam pelajaran kebudayaan daerah pada jenjang PAUD masih minim dalam memanfaatkan kebudayaan daerah. Sebagian besar anak kurang mengetahui kebudayaan daerah sendiri dan cenderung lebih mengenal kebudayaan modern. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendesain dan menciptakan media pembelajaran dalam mengenalkan kebudayaan daerah dengan disisipkan pengembangan aspek budaya (cipta, rasa, dan karsa) dan aspek perkembangan dalam bentuk media pembelajaran berupa buku panduan wisata edukasi. Metode penelitian Design and Development (D&D) dengan model pengembangan ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, dan Evaluation). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa media pembelajaran dinyatakan “Sangat Layak” berdasarkan aspek dan indikator yang divalidasi oleh para ahli. Hasil uji coba terbatas media pembelajaran kepada lima orang anak dengan rentang usia 5-6 tahun menggunakan wawancara menunjukan hasil bahwa anak menyukai dan ingin memiliki media pembelajaran. Begitupun respon pendamping (pendidik/orangtua) dan pengelola memperoleh respon kebergunaan “Sangat Setuju”. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa melalui data yang diperoleh dari para ahli, anak, pendamping (pendidik/ orangtua) dan pengelola memperoleh kriteria “Sangat Layak”. Hal ini berdampak bahwa media memiliki pembergunaan untuk dijadikan sebagai salah satu alternatif media yang dapat digunakan di kegiatan wisata edukasi, serta membantu anak untuk mendapatkan pembelajaran kebudayaan daerah melalui aktivitas yang anak kerjakan dan lakukan. ----- Educational tourism activities at the early childhood education level tend to be identified with picnic or recreational activities to distant places at the end of each lesson and tend to be carried out in places that are related to nature. Even though there are still many tourist attractions that contain educational value. In addition, the guidebooks found in educational tourist attractions are not suitable for use by early childhood. Likewise, in learning regional culture at the PAUD level, there is still minimal use of regional culture. Most children do not know their own local culture and tend to be more familiar with modern culture. The purpose of this study is to design and create learning media in introducing regional culture by inserting the development of cultural aspects (creativity, taste, and intention) and developmental aspects in the form of learning media in the form of educational travel guidebooks. Design and Development (D&D) research method with ADDIE development model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). The results showed that the learning media was declared "Very Appropriate" based on aspects and indicators that were validated by experts. The results of a limited trial of learning media to five children with an age range of 5-6 years using interviews showed that children liked and wanted to have learning media. Likewise, the response of companions (educators/parents) and managers received a useful response of "Strongly Agree". Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the data obtained from experts, children, assistants (educators/parents) and managers obtained the criteria of "Very Eligible". This has the impact that the media has a usefulness to be used as an alternative media that can be used in educational tourism activities and helps children to learn regional culture through activities that children do and do.
