Abstract

Pandemi Covid-19 yang sedang mewabah di dunia termasuk Indonesia mengaibatkan seluruh kegiatan terbatas dan menghindari kontak langsung dengan orang lain. Dunia pendidikan sendiri terdampak dengan mewabahnya pandemi tersebut yang mengharuskan kegiatan pembelajaran dibatasi di lingkungan sekolah. Blended learning yang mengkombinasikan pembelajaran tatap muka dengan pembelajaran daring pun dianggap sebagai solusi untuk tetap melaksanakan kegiatan pembelajaran selama pandemi, blended learning adalah hal yang baru dalam dunia pendidikan Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mencermati bagaimana implementasi blended learning yang mencakup tahap persiapan, pelaksanaan, faktor hambatan dan alternatif solusi untuk menghadapi hambatan tersebut baik dari sarana maupun prasarana di SMAN 3 Cirebon. Penelintian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara, observasi dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa SMAN 3 Cirebon sudah merencanakan pembelajaran sesuai dengan kebutuhan pelksanaan blended learning. Pelaksanaan pembelajarannya pun terbilang optimal dan selaras dengan kemampuan guru membentuk lingkungan belajar yang menarik dan komunikatif bagi peserta didik. Namun terdapat beberapa kekurangan dari sisi guru maupun peserta didik seperti kemampuan adaptasi dalam melaksanakan blended learning karena harus menjalankan pembelajaran tatap muka dan pembelajaran daring dalam waktu yang bersamaan secara kondusif dan efektif. The Covid-19 pandemic has hit the world incuding Indonesia, it has caused restriction to all activities and avoid direct contact with other people. Education scheme itself is effeccted by the pandemic, which cause limited activities around school environment. Blended learning which combine conventional learning and online learning is claimed to be the solution to keep doing the learning activity during the pandemic, blended learning is a new method in Indonesian education. This research goals are to analyze how to implement blended learning incude the preparations, implementation, inhibiting factors and alternatives to overcome I it in terms of facility and infrastrcture in SMAN 3 Cirebon. This research uses descriptive quantitativ method with data collection techniques of interview, observation and documentation studies. Reustls of this research shows that SMAN 3 Cirebon has prepared the lesson preparation plan that suits blended learning. The implementation of blended learning is relatively optimal and has built active and comnicative learning environment. However, in terms of teachers and student tehemselves, they still have to adapt to blended learning, because they need to participate both in conventional and online learning at he same time evectively.
