Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penguasaan mahasiswa calon guru PAI terhadap mata pelajaran PAI-BP di jenjang SD. Materi yang diambil dalam penelitian ini ada tiga cakupan materi yaitu, materi tentang ibadah, keimanan dan akhlak. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa IPAI UPI angkatan 2018 ada 93 mahasiswa dan Angkatan 2019 sebanyak 90 mahasiswa serta PAI IAIN SAS angkatan 2018 sebanyak 200 0rang. Dari total populasi sebanyak 383 mahasiswa, diperoleh sebanyak 73 responden. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif yang menggunakan desain survey-crossectional. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan tes objektif dengan bentuk piliham ganda berjumlah 50 soal, tes objektif dilakukan menggunakan google form dan langsung disebarkan ke responden. Hasil penelitian menggambarkan bahwa hampir tiga perempat responden mahasiswa calon guru PAI di IAIN SAS menunjukkan penguasaan materi yang baik. Sedangkan mahasiswa calon guru di IPAI UPI menunjukkan bahwa lebih dari setengah responden menunjukkan penguasaan materi yang baik. Namun demikian, sangat disayangkan masih terdapat sedikit responden yang menunjukkan penguasaan materi PAI-BP yang cukup rendah. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa Sebagian besar mahasiswa calon guru PAI di IAIN SAS dan UPI sudah menunjukkan kompetensi profesionalisme yang baik, salah satu indikasinya adalah memiliki pemahaman materi PAI yang baik. The material taken in this study has three scopes of material, namely, material about worship, faith and morals. The population in this study is IPAI UPI students class of 2018 there are 93 students and the Class of 2019 as many as 90 students and PAI IAIN SAS class of 2018 as many as 200 0rang. From the total population of 383 students, 73 respondents were obtained. This research is a descriptive research with a quantitative approach that uses a crossectional survey design. The data collection technique uses an objective test with a double select form of 50 questions, the objective test is carried out using a google form and directly distributed to respondents. The results illustrated that almost three-quarters of respondents of prospective PAI teacher students at IAIN SAS showed good mastery of the material. Meanwhile, prospective teacher students at IPAI UPI showed that more than half of the respondents showed good mastery of the material. However, it is unfortunate that there are still few respondents who show a fairly low mastery of pai-bp material. Thus, it can be concluded that most of the students of prospective PAI teachers at IAIN SAS and UPI have shown good professional competence, one of the indications is to have a good understanding of PAI material.
