Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh adanya program sekolah penggerak yang harus mengimplementasikan kurikulum merdeka. Kurikulum tersebut akan diimplementasikan untuk seluruh sekolah di Indonesia sehingga peneliti tertarik untuk meneliti tentang kesiapan guru dalam mengimplementasikan kurikulum merdeka pada sekolah penggerak di SD Negeri Baros. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan pemahaman guru SD Negeri Baros terhadap ide kurikulum merdeka, untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi kurikulum merdeka oleh guru SD Negeri Baros sebagai sekolah penggerak, dan untuk mengidentifikasi kendala dan hambatan yang dialami guru SD Negeri Baros dalam mengimplementasikan kurikulum merdeka pada sekolah penggerak. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus melalui wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumen kepada 4 partisipan guru SD Negeri Baros. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan model Miles & Huberman. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru SD Negeri Baros belum memahami secara komprehensif ide kurikulum sekolah penggerak. Pada implementasi kurikulum merdeka di sekolah penggerak dalam pembelajaran, guru SD Negeri Baros belum mengimplementasikan pembelajaran sesuai dengan ide kurikulum merdeka. Sehingga guru mengalami kendala dan hambatan dalam mengimplementasikan kurikulum merdeka. Guru SD Negeri Baros menghadapi kendala dan hambatan dalam merancang pembelajaran, melaksanakan pembelajaran, melaksanakan evaluasi, dan melaksanakan tindak lanjut hasil evaluasi. ------ This research is motivate by the existence of a driving school program that must implement an independent curriculum. The curriculum will be implemented for all schools in Indonesia so that researchers are interested in researching the readiness of teachers to implement an independent curriculum in sekolah penggerak at SD Negeri Baros. The purpose of this study was to describe the understanding of Baros Elementary School teachers towards the idea of an independent curriculum, to describe the implementation of an independent curriculum by Baros State Elementary School teachers as driving schools, and to identify the obstacles and obstacles experienced by Baros State Elementary School teachers in implementing the independent curriculum at the sekolah penggerak. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study method through interviews, observations, and document studies to 4 teacher participants at SD Negeri Baros. The data obtained were analyzed using the Miles & Huberman model. The research findings indicate that the teachers of SD Negeri Baros have not comprehensively understood the idea of a sekolah penggerak curriculum. In implementing the independent curriculum in sekolah penggerak in learning, the teachers of SD Negeri Baros have not implemented learning in accordance with the idea of an independent curriculum. So that teachers experience obstacles and obstacles in implementing an independent curriculum. Baros Elementary School teachers face obstacles and obstacles in designing learning, implementing learning, carrying out evaluations, and carrying out follow-up on the results of the evaluation.
