Abstract

Perkembangan tren green economy membuat dunia usaha dan dunia industri untuk mulai mencari calon karyawan yang memiliki green skills dalam mendukung pembangunan sosial, ekonomi, dan lingkungan yang berkelanjutan. Penting bagi siswa SMK APHP sebagai calon karyawan dan wirausahawan masa depan untuk menguasai green skills. Perlu dikembangkan media pembelajaran e-modul pengolahan kopi berkelanjutan untuk meningkatkan green skills siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Mengetahui kelayakan media pembelajaran e-modul pengolahan kopi berkelanjutan dan mengetahui peningkatan pengetahuan green skills siswa setelah menggunakaan e-modul pengolahan kopi berkelanjutan. Pengembangan e-modul dilakukan menggunakan metode pengembangan ADDIE. Penerapan e-modul dilakukan menggunakan desain penelitian kuasi eksperimen pretest-posttest menggunakan kelompok kontrol dan kelompok eksperimen. Kelompok kontrol diberikan media pembelajaran berupa modul milik sekolah, sementara kelompok eksperimen diberikan media pembelajaran e-modul pengolahan kopi berkelanjutan. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 41 siswa kelas XI APHP SMK PPN Lembang pada Mata Pelajaran Produksi Pengolahan Komoditas Perkebunan dan Herbal, kompetensi dasar pengolahan hasil perkebunan kopi berkelanjutan. Komponen green skills yang diteliti dalam penelitian ini diantaranya pengetahuan mengenai dampak pengolahan kopi terhadap lingkungan, pengetahuan mengenai manajemen limbah, dan pengetahuan mengenai inovasi pengolahan kopi berkelanjutan. Validasi e-modul oleh ahli materi, ahli media, dan ahli bahasa menilai e-modul “Layak digunakan dengan revisi”. Terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar antara kelompok eksperimen dan kelompok kontrol. Berdasarkan peningkatan hasil belajar, e-modul pengolahan kopi berkelanjutan memiliki tingkat efektivitas “sedang”, sementara modul milik sekolah memiliki tingkat efektivitas “rendah”. Peningkatan hasil belajar diasosiasikan dengan peningkatan pengetahuan green skills siswa pada komponen yang diteliti. Kelompok eksperimen memiliki peningkatan pengetahuan green skills yang lebih tinggi dibanding kelompok kontrol. Current green economy trend has forced the business world and the industrial world to start looking for prospective employees who have green skills in developping sustainable social, economic, and environmental. It is important for agricultural vocational students as future employees and entrepreneur to master green skills. It is necessary to develop sustainable coffee processing e-module learning media to improve students' green skills. This study aims to utilize the sustainable processing e-module learning media and find out the knowledge of green skills after using the sustainable coffee processing e-module. The e-module development is carried out using the ADDIE development method. The application of the e-module was carried out using a quasi-experimental pretest-posttest research design using the control group and experimental group. The control group was given learning media in the form of a school-owned module, while the experimental group was given an e-module on sustainable coffee processing. The research sample was carried out by 41 students of class XI APHP SMK PPN Lembang in the subject of Plantation and Herbal Commodity Processing Production Subjects, basic competencies for processing sustainable coffee plantation products. The components of green skills studied in this study included the impact of coffee treatment on the environment, knowledge of waste management, and knowledge of the development of sustainable coffee processing. The validation of the e-module by material experts, media experts, and linguists rated the e-module as “Eligible with Revision”. There are differences in learning outcomes between the experimental group and the control group. Based on the improvement in learning outcomes, the sustainable coffee processing e-module has a "medium" level of effectiveness, while school-owned modules have a “low” level of effectiveness. An increase in learning outcomes is associated with an increase in students' knowledge of green skills on the components that must be studied. The experimental group had a higher increasement in knowledge of green skills than the control group.
