Abstract

Pendidikan dan pelatihan memiliki peran penting dalam membentuk kompetensi pegawai suatu perusahaan. Sebagai lembaga yang memiliki nama besar, PT KAI senantiasa menjaga kinerja perusahaan tetap optimal melalui lembaga Pusdiklat Ir. H. Djuanda PT KAI (Persero). Supervisor merupakan salah satu posisi berpengaruh dalam mendukung kinerja perusahaan. Baik buruknya kurikulum pendidikan dan pelatihan calon supervisor menjadi penting untuk diperhatikan. Oleh sebab itu, perlu dianalisis bagaimana kurikulum SMDP di Pusdiklat Ir. H. Djuanda PT KAI. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Kurikulum Diklat SMDP dengan menguraikan komponen tujuan, isi, strategi, dan evaluasi. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, studi dokumentasi, dan studi literatur. Wawancara dilakukan kepada 3 partisipan dengan jabatan berbeda. Studi dokumetasi dilakukan terhadap dokumen kurikulum dan silabus, model kompetensi PT KAI, Materi Ajar Diklat, dan Pedoman Penyelenggaraan Diklat. Studi literatur dilakukan untuk membandingkan data hasil penelitian dengan sumber literatur yang tersedia. Analisis data bersifat induktif dengan reduksi data yang dilakukan di setiap pengumpulan data. Pengujian keabsahan data dilakukan dengan triangulasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kurikulum memiliki keterkaitan antar komponen Kurikulum Diklat SMDP kurang sempurna. Rumusan tujuan kurikulum hanya mengandung domain kognitif dan psikomotor. Terdapat KKO yang kurang sesuai dengan taksonomi bloom dalam rumusan kompetensi. Komponen isi mengandung muatan yang umum karena target peserta yang luas. Strategi yang ditentukan memiliki keterbatasan karena pelaksanaannya secara daring. Komponen evaluasi kurikulum berupa tes dan non-test disusun berdasarkan karakteristik isi dan tujuan yang ingin diukur. Kata Kunci: kurikulum, diklat, kompetensi supervisor, manajerial. As an institution that has a big name, PT KAI always maintains optimal company performance through the Ir. H. Juanda PT KAI (Persero). A supervisor is one of the influential positions in supporting the company's performance. It is important to pay attention to the quality of the education curriculum and the training of prospective supervisors. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze how the SMDP curriculum in Pusdiklat Ir. H. Juanda PT KAI. This study aims to analyze the SMDP Education and Training Curriculum by outlining the components of objectives, content, strategy, and evaluation. The approach used is a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data was collected through interviews, documentation studies, and literature studies. Interviews were conducted with 3 participants with different positions. Documentation studies were conducted on curriculum and syllabus documents, PT KAI's competency model, Education and Training Teaching Materials, and Training Implementation Guidelines. The literature study was conducted to compare between research data and available literature resources. Data analysis is inductive with data reduction carried out in each data collection. Testing the validity of the data is done by triangulation. The results showed that the curriculum had a less than perfect relationship between the components of the SMDP Education and Training Curriculum. The formulation of curriculum objectives only contains cognitive and psychomotor domains. There are operational verbs that are not following Bloom's taxonomy in the competency formulation. The content component contains general content because of the broad target audience. The specified strategy has limitations due to its online implementation. The components of curriculum evaluation in the form of tests and non-tests are arranged based on the characteristics of the content and the objectives to be measured.
