Abstract
Penelitian tindakan terkait kemampuan kerjasama dilatarbelakangi dengan munculnya permasalahan kemampuan kerjasama anak yang masih rendah di PAUD Al-Ihsan Kecamatan Lemahsugih Kabupaten Majalengka. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan kerjasama anak usia 5-6 Tahun, melalui model pembelajaran kooperatif yang diintegrasikan dengan permainan tradisional bakiak yang dimodifikasi dari segi alat dan peraturan permainan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode penelitian tindakan dengan menggunakan desain dari Pelton (2010) dengan langkah-langkah: 1) Identifikasi Masalah, 2) Pengumpulan data, 3) Perencanaan Tindakan, 4) Pelaksanaan tindakan, 5) Penilaian hasil. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini yaitu observasi, dokumentasi dan catatan lapangan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan kemampuan kerjasama melalui model pembelajaran kooperatif dalam permainan tradisional bakiak, pada tindakan 1 didapatkan hasil presentase 45%, sedangkan pada tindakan 2 mengalami peningkatan dengan mencapai presentase 57%, pada tindakan 3 mengalami peningkatan dengan mencapai presentase 67%. Penelitian tindakan dilanjutkan karena belum mencapai hasil yang diharapkan, pada tindakan 4 hasil presentase yang didapatkan yaitu 80%. Kemudian peneliti melanjutkan pada tindakan 5 untuk memastikan kemampuan kerjasama meningkat dengan baik, hasil perolehan presentase pada tindakan 5 yaitu 94%. ----- Action research related to the ability to cooperate is motivated by the emergence of problems with the ability of children to cooperate which is still low in PAUD Al-Ihsan, Lemahsugih District, Majalengka Regency. This study aims to improve the cooperative ability of children aged 5-6 years, through a cooperative learning model that is integrated with the traditional game of clogs which is modified in terms of tools and game rules. The method used in this study is an action research method using a design from Pelton (2010) with the following steps: 1) Issue Identification, 2) Data collection, 3) Action planning, 4) Plan activation, 5) Outcome assessment. Data collection techniques in this study are observation, documentation and field notes. Based on the results of the study, it showed that there was an increase in cooperation skills through cooperative learning models in the traditional game of clogs, in action 1 the percentage was 45%, while in action 2 it increased by reaching a percentage of 57%, in action 3 it increased by reaching a percentage of 67%. Action research is continued because it has not achieved the expected results, in the 4th action the percentage results obtained are 80%. Then the researcher proceeds to action 5 to ensure the ability to cooperate well increases, the percentage gain in action 5 is 94%.
