    Abstract

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran lingkungan keluarga, fasilitas belajar, motivasi belajar dan prestasi belajar siswa, serta untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan keluarga dan fasilitas belajar terhadap prestasi belajar dengan motivasi belajar sebagai variabel intervening. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 160 siswa SMK kelas X Akuntansi dan Keuangan Lembaga dengan teknik sampling simple random sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah angket untuk lingkungan keluarga, fasilitas belajar dan motivasi belajar, serta dokumentasi untuk prestasi belajar. Uji hipotesis dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis jalur dengan bantuan program IBM SPSS Statistic 24. Berdasarkan analisis deskriptif lingkungan keluarga dan motivasi belajar berada pada kategori sedang, fasilitas belajar berada pada kategori kurang mendukung, dan prestasi belajar berada pada kategori di bawah KKM. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa lingkungan keluarga berpengaruh terhadap motivasi belajar, fasilitas belajar berpengaruh positif terhadap motivasi belajar, Lingkungan keluarga berpengaruh terhadap prestasi belajar secara langsung langsung maupun tidak langsung melalui motivasi belajar, Fasilitas belajar tidak berpengaruh secara langsung terhadap prestasi belajar siswa, tetapi memiliki pengaruh secara tidak langsung terhadap prestasi belajar melalui motivasi belajar, dan motivasi belajar berpengaruh positif terhadap prestasi belajar.

    THE EFFECT OF FAMILY ENVIRONMENT AND LEARNING FACILITIES ON STUDENTS ACHIEVEMENT WITH LEARNING MOTIVATION AS AN INTERVENING VARIABLE
    (A Study at X Grade Vocational School Student in Accounting and institutional Finance in Cimahi City)

    ABSTRACK
    This Study aimed to determine the picture of family environment, learning facilities, learning motivation, students achievement, and the effect of family environment and learning facilities on students achievement with learning motivation as an intervening variable. The sample consist of 160 accounting and financial institutions X grade students, taken using simple random sampling technique. The instruments that used in this study are questionnaire for family environment, learning facilities and learning motivation, and documentation for students achievement. Hypothesis test are performed using path analysis with the help of IBM SPSS Statistic 24. Based on descriptive analysis, it is known that family environment and learning motivation is in the medium of category, learning facilities is in the less supportive of category, and students achievement is in the below KKM category. The results of the study indicate that family environment affect on learning motivation, learning facilities affect positively on learning motivation, family environment effects on students achievement directly and indirectly through learning motivation, learning facilities do not directly affect students achievement, but learning facilities have an indirect effect on students achievement through learning motivation, and learning motivation affect positively on students achievement.
