    Abstract

    Permasalahan yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini adalah belum optimalnya motivasi kerja pegawai di Pusat Sains dan Teknologi Atmosfer LAPAN Bandung. Penelitian ini terdiri dari dua variabel yaitu Lingkungan Kerja dan Motivasi Kerja Pegawai. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran kondusifitas lingkungan kerja dan motivasi kerja pegawai. Selain itu, tujuan penelitian dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap motivasi kerja pegawai di Pusat Sains dan Teknologi Atmosfer LAPAN Bandung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu pegawai di Pusat Sains dan Teknologi Atmosfer LAPAN Bandung yang berjumlah 79 orang. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi sederhana. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja. Maka dari itu peningkatan motivasi kerja dapat dilakukan dengan melakukan peningkatan terhadap lingkungan kerja.

    The problem examined in this study is that the work motivation of employees at the Center for Atmospheric Science and Technology LAPAN Bandung is not optimal. This study consists of two variables, namely the Work Environment and Employee Work Motivation. The purpose of this study is to describe the working environment conditions and employee motivation. In addition, the research objective of this study was to determine the effect of the work environment on employee motivation at the Center for Atmospheric Science and Technology LAPAN Bandung. This study used a survey method with data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The population in this study were 79 employees at the Center for Atmospheric Science and Technology LAPAN Bandung. The data analysis technique used is simple regression. The results of this study indicate that the work environment has a positive and significant effect on work motivation. Therefore, increasing work motivation can be done by making improvements to the work environment.
