Abstract
Rinaldy Agustian (1607739) “Pengaruh Entrepreneurial Self-efficacy Terhadap Entrepreneurial Intention (Survei pada Siswa Program Keahlian Bisnis Daring dan Pemasaran SMKN 11 Bandung).” Dibawah bimbingan Dr. Hj. B Lena Nuryanti S., M.Pd, dan Drs. Rd. Dian H. Utama, M.Si. Tingginya angka pengangguran dalam beberapa tahun terakhir didominasi oleh lulusan SMK, dilihat dari data tingkat pengangguran terbuka (TPT). SMK dengan desain kurikulum yang berorientasi pada kebutuhan Dunia Usaha/Dunia Industri (DU/DI), diharapakan tidak hanya menghasilkan para pencari kerja namun para pencipta lapangan kerja. Bidang Keahlian Bisnis Daring dan Pemasaran sebagai salah satu program keahlian unggulan SMKN 11 Bandung telah melakukan pengembangan pada aspek-aspek pembelajaran guna menumbuhkan sikap mental berwirausaha dikalangan siswa. Akan tetapi, jumlah siswa yang berminat untuk berwirausaha di SMK tersebut tidak menunjukkan peningkatan yang berarti. Rendahnya intensi berwirausaha (entrepreneurial intention) pada siswa-siswi tersebut disebabkan oleh rendahnya keyakinan atas kemampuan yang dimilikinya untuk memulai usaha baru (entrepreneurial self-efficacy). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran entrepreneurial self-efficacy dan entrepreneurial intention pada siswa Program Keahlian Bisnis Daring dan Bisnis SMKN 11 Bandung, dan memperoleh temuan adanya pengaruh entrepreneurial self-efficacy terhadap entrepreneurial intention pada siswa Program Keahlian Bisnis Daring dan Bisnis SMKN 11 Bandung. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif eksplanatif, dan metode yang digunakan adalah metode survei menggunakan teknik simple random sampling dengan jumlah sampel 146 responden. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis jalur dengan alat bantu software komputer SPSS 22.0 for Windows. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa entrepreneurial self-efficacy (sebagai variabel eksogen) secara simultan berpengaruh positif terhadap entrepreneurial intention. Sedangkan hasil penelitian secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa sub variabel entrepreneurial self-efficacy yaitu marshalling dan implementing berpengaruh positif dengan nilai yang signifikan. Kata kunci: entrepreneurial self-efficacy, entrepreneurial intention. B Lena Nuryanti S., M.Pd, dan Drs. Rd. Dian H. Utama, M.Si. The high unemployment rate in recent years is dominated by SMK graduates, seen from the open unemployment rate (TPT) data. Vocational schools with curriculum design oriented to the needs of the Business World / Industrial World (DU / DI), are expected to not only produce job seekers but job creators. The Field of Online Business and Marketing Expertise as one of the leading expertise programs at SMKN 11 Bandung has developed aspects of learning in order to foster a mental attitude of entrepreneurship among students. However, the number of students interested in entrepreneurship at the vocational high school did not show a significant increase. The low intention to do entrepreneurship (entrepreneurial intention) in these students is caused by low confidence in the ability they have to start a new business (entrepreneurial self-efficacy). This study aims to determine the description of entrepreneurial self-efficacy and entrepreneurial intention in students of the Online Business and Business Skills Program at SMKN 11 Bandung, and to find out the influence of entrepreneurial self-efficacy on entrepreneurial intention in students of the Online Business and Business Skills Program at SMKN 11 Bandung. This type of research is descriptive explanative, and the method used is a survey method using simple random sampling technique with a sample size of 146 respondents. The data analysis technique used is path analysis with computer software tools SPSS 22.0 for Windows. Based on the results of the study note that entrepreneurial self-efficacy (as an exogenous variable) simultaneously has a positive effect on entrepreneurial intention. While the partial results of the study indicate that the entrepreneurial self-efficacy sub-variables namely marshalling and implementing have a positive effect with a significant value.
