Abstract
Kerja sama sangat penting bagi anak usia dini dengan cara melatih kepekaan anak, melatih kemampuan anak untuk berkomunikasi, melatih anak untuk menjalin suatu hubungan dan melatih anak untuk dapat menghargai orang lain. Dari observasi yang pernah dilakukan oleh peneliti, saat ini masih terdapat anak yang bersifat individualis atau bermain sendiri. Sehingga perkembangan kerja sama anak tidak berkembang. Salah satu model pembelajaran yang dapat gunakan yaitu Model pembelajaran STEAM Project based Learning (PjBL). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan kemampuan bekerja sama anak menggunakan model STEAM Project based Learning (PjBL). Penelitian ini menggunakan mixed methods dengan desain penelitian concurrent embedded. Peneliti melakukan 3 kali treatment dengan model pembelajaran STEAM PjBL dengan subjek 4 orang anak berusia 5-7 tahun yang dilakukan disalah satu RT di Kabupaten Karawang. Hasil penelitian , yaitu pada pra-eksperimen kemampuan bekerja sama anak sebesar 100% mulai berkembang (MB), lalu setelah diberikan treatment pada STEAM PjBL 1 sebesar 25% berkembang sangat baik (BSB), STEAM PjBL 2 sebesar 50% berkembang sangat baik (BSB), STEAM PjBL 3 sebesar 50% berkembang sangat baik (BSB). Cooperation is very important for early childhood by training children's sensitivity, training children's ability to communicate, training children to build relationships and training children to be able to respect others. From observations made by researchers, currently there are still children who are individualistic or play alone. So that the development of children's cooperation does not develop. One learning model that can be used is the STEAM Project Based Learning (PjBL) learning model. The purpose of this study was to develop children's collaboration skills using the STEAM Project Based Learning (PjBL) model. This research uses mixed methods with concurrent embedded research design. The researcher conducted 3 treatments with the STEAM PjBL learning model with the subject of 4 children aged 5-7 years who were carried out in one of the RT in Karawang Regency. The results of the study, namely in the pre-experiment the ability to work together by children was 100% starting to develop (MB), then after being given treatment at STEAM PjBL 1 by 25%, it was very well developed (BSB), STEAM PjBL 2 was 50% developed very well (BSB ), STEAM PjBL 3 by 50% is very well developed (BSB).
