Abstract
Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh adanya krisis kepemimpinan yang menyebabkan krisis multidimensi seperti korupsi para pemimpin negeri dan kriminal merajalela sehingga membutuhkan pemimpin yang lebih handal. Kepemimpinan juga sangat dibutuhkan dalam menaklukkan tantangan transformasi pekerjaan di abad 21. Kemampuan dalam pengambilan keputusan harus dilatih sedari dini guna mempersiapkan pemimpin yang cakap. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan perencanaan, pelaksanaan, evaluasi pembelajaran dan mengetahui dampak dari kurikulum berbasis kepemimpinan dalam pengembangan Kemampuan pengambilan keputusan bagi siswa di SD Cendekia Leadership Bandung. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskripsi. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah Guru, Tim Pengembangan Kurikulum, kepala sekolah dan siswa kelas 5. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa perencanaan Kurikulum SD Cendekia menggunakan kurikulum nasional dan Kurikulum Berbasis Kepemimpinan dengan konsep 7 Leadership Skill dan juga konsep 4H (Head, Heart, Hands, Health) Development Program. Perencanaan kurikulum terdiri atas Rencana pembelajaran umum dan mingguan; dan Pemetaan Pembelajaran yang menampilkan Indikator dan Target Leadership sebagai pedoman bagi guru dalam mengembangkan Kemampuan siswa. Pelaksanaan pengembangan kemampuan pengambilan keputusan pada siswa dilaksanakan pada pembelajaran di kelas dan kegiatan sekolah dianalisa pada empat indikator pengambilan keputusan. Evaluasi pembelajaran siswa meneliti evaluasi reaksi siswa terhadap kegiatan pembelajaran dan cara guru mengajar dikategorikan puas. Evaluasi pembelajaran siswa dievaluasi pada empat subindikator pengambilan keputusan telah terlaksana dengan baik. Evaluasi Perilaku siswa terhadap Target Leadership sudah teraplikasikan dengan baik. Dampak kurikulum terhadap pengembangan pengambilan keputusan siswa menurut siswa, pihak sekolah dan orang tua menunjukkan berdampak baik dalam kemampuan siswa dalam mengambil keputusan. Kata kunci : Implementasi kurikulum, Kurikulum berbasis Kepemimpinan, pengambilan keputusan The background of this research was based on leadership crisis that causes multidimensional crises such as the corruption of domestic leaders and rampant crime that requires more reliable leaders. Leadership is also very much needed in conquering the challenges of job transformation in the 21st century. Capability in decision making must be trained early to prepare capable leaders. The purpose of this study was to describe the planning, implementation, evaluation of learning and to find out the impact of a leadership-based curriculum in developing decision-making skills for students at SD Cendekia Leadership Bandung. This study uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. The samples in this study were teachers, curriculum development team, principals and grade 5 students. Data collection techniques were by means of interviews, observation, and documentation. The results showed that the planning of SD Cendekia curriculum used the national curriculum and the Leadership-Based Curriculum with the concept of 7 Leadership Skills and also the concept of 4H (Head, Heart, Hands, Health) Development Program. Curriculum planning consists of general and weekly learning plans; and Learning Mapping which displays Leadership Indicators and Targets as a guide for teachers in developing student skills. The implementation of the development of decision-making skills in students is carried out in classroom learning and school activities are analyzed on four decision-making indicators. Student learning evaluation examines the evaluation of student reactions to learning activities and the way teachers teach are categorized as satisfied. Evaluation of student learning is evaluated on four sub- indicators of decision making has been carried out well. Evaluation of student behavior towards target leadership has been well applied. The impact of the curriculum on the development of student decision making according to students, schools and parents shows a good impact on students' ability to make decisions.
