Abstract
Penelitian ini berjudul Penerapan Metode Pembelajaran Lucky Day! If You Lucky Sebagai Upaya Meningkatkan Keaktifan Siswa dalam Pembelajaran Sejarah Kelas XI IPS 1 (Penelitian Tindakan Kelas di SMA Pasundan 2 Bandung) dengan latar belakang rendahnya keaktifan siswa dalam pembelajaran sejarah. Hal ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan perencanaan penerapan metode pembelajaran Lucky Day! If You Lucky, menjelaskan pelaksanaan penerapan metode pembelajaran Lucky Day! If You Lucky, mengetahui peningkatan keaktifan siswa dalam pembelajaran sejarah, dan mengatasi kendala yang ditemukan selama penerapan metode pembelajaran Lucky Day! If You Lucky. Peneliti menggunakan metode Penelitian Tindakan Kelas dengan desain penelitian model Kemmis dan Taggart yang terdiri dari tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan, tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi. Hasil temuan penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan keaktifan siswa yang sangat baik di setiap siklusnya setelah diterapkan metode Lucky Day! If You Lucky dalam pembelajaran sejarah. Peningkatan tersebut terjadi pada beberapa indikator yaitu menukarkan jawaban antar kelompok besar, memeriksa kebenaran jawaban, dan menukarkan point. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan metode Lucky Day! If You Lucky dapat menjadi alternatif untuk meningkatkan keaktifan siswa dalam pembelajaran sejarah. Berdasarkan penelitian yang telah dilakukan, terdapat beberapa rekomendasi yang disarankan oleh peneliti sebagai pertimbangan bagi beberapa pihak yaitu, guru diharapkan dapat merencanakan pembelajaran melalui metode Lucky Day! If You Lucky dengan baik, sekolah dapat mengoptimalkan perpustakaan sebagai sarana pembelajaran bagi siswa sehingga mereka memiliki referensi sumber yang banyak, juga hasil penelitian ini dapat digunakan sebagai referensi bagi peneliti lain dan memberikan tindak lanjut pada akhir pembelajaran agar peserta didik dapat mengulas kembali pengetahuan yang mereka dapat di sekolah. ABSTRACT This study is titled application of the Lucky Day! If You Lucky learning method as an effort to increase student activity in historical learning class XI IPS 1 (classroom action research at SMA Pasundan 2 Bandung) against the background of the low student activity in learning history. This method applies the Lucky Day! If You Lucky learning method, explain the application of the Lucky Day! If You Lucky learning method, increases of student learning activity in learning history, and overcomes the difficulties found during the application of the Lucky Day! If you Lucky learning method researchers used the classrom action research method with the Kemmis and Taggart research models consisting of planning, implementation, action, observation, and reflection. The results showed an increase in student activity that was very good in each cycle after applying the Lucky Day! If you Lucky in learning history. This increase occurred in several indicators, namely exchanging answers between large groups, checking the correctness of answers, and exchanging points. Then it can be concluded that the application of the Lucky Day! If You Lucky can be an alternative to increase student activity in learning history. Based on research that has been done, some recommendations made by researchers about the assessment of several parties, the teacher is expected to help learning through the Lucky Day! If You Lucky, the school can optimize the library as a learning tool for students so that they have a lot of reference sources, also the results of this study can be used as a reference for other researchers and provide follow-up at the end of learning so that students can talk back to find out that they got at school.
