Abstract
Latar belakang penelitian didasari oleh pentingnya siswa memiliki kompetensi keyakinan diri akademik. Keyakinan diri akademik membuat siswa untuk mencapai kesuksesan dalam pembelajaran. Apabila siswa tidak memiliki keyakinan diri akademik maka siswa dapat mengalami seperti selalu mengeluh apabila diberikan tugas, mencontoh hasil pekerjaan teman, menunjukkan perilaku stres ketika tidak mampu menyelesaikan tugas dengan baik dan mengerjakan tugas rumah (PR) di sekolah. Tujuan penelitian menguji bimbingan kelompok teknik psikodrama dalam meningkatkan keyakinan diri akademik siswa. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain quasi eksperiment non equivalent pre test – post test control group. Populasi penelitian yaitu siswa kelas XI SMA 1 Cimahi Tahun Akademik 2019/2020 dengan sampel penelitian sebanyak sembilan siswa melalui teknik random assigment. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bimbingan kelompok teknik psikodrama efektif untuk meningkatkan keyakinan diri akademik siswa. Rekomendasi ditujukan kepada guru BK dapat memanfaatkan bimbingan kelompok teknik psikodrama. Penelitian selanjutnya dapat mengembangkan kajian keyakinan diri akademik. The Effectiveness of Group Guidance of Psychodrama Technique in Improving Students’ Academic Self Efficacy (Quasi-Experiment Research to Students of SMA Negeri 1 Cimahi T.A. 2019/2020). Thesis. Guided by Dr. Nandang Rusmana, M.Pd. and Dr. Yusi Riksa Yustiana, M.Pd. Guidance and Counseling Graduate School Program, Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia The research background is based on the importance of students having academic self-efficacy competencies. Academic self-efficacy makes students to achieve success in learning. If students do not have academic self-efficacy, students can experience such as always complaining when given an assignment, copying the results of a friend's work, showing stressful behavior when unable to complete assignments properly and doing homework (homework) at school. The purpose of this study is to examine the guidance of psychodrama group techniques in increasing students' academic self-efficacy. This research based quantitative approach with quasi experiment non equivalent pretest - posttest control group design. The sample is 9 students of class XI students SMA Negeri 1 Cimahi with purposive sampling. The results showed that there was an increase in the academic self efficacy of student score of 1,78%. The recommendations are addressed to the guidance and counseling teacher so that they can implement the psycodrama technical guidance group with development tailored to the needs and characteristics of the students. Subsequent research is expected to be able to develop a recent study on the guidance of psycodrama and academic self efficacy techniques based on the findings of this study.
