    Abstract

    Tingkat kepatuhan standar pelayanan publik menjadi salah satu target capaian
    Rencana Pembangunan Jangka Menengah (RPJMN) periode 2014-2019. Namun
    berdasarkan Laporan Kepatuhan yang dikeluarkan Ombudsman RI, capaian dari
    tingkat kepatuhan tersebut belum sesuai target yang ditetapkan. Bersamaan
    dengan hal tersebut Indonesia Governance Index (IGI) juga mengeluarkan
    laporan mengenai peringkat penerapan good governance di Indonesia. Berkaitan
    dengan hal tersebut, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa jauh
    pengaruh dari pengimplementasian good governance terhadap tingkat kepatuhan
    standar pelayanan publik. Penelitian dilakukan pada 31 provinsi di Indonesia.
    Penilaian good governance dibagi dalam empat arena, arena pejabat politik, arena
    birokrasi, arena masyarakat sipil, dan arena masyarakat ekonomi. Dalam
    penelitian ini digunakan teknik analisis regresi linear berganda mengunakan
    bantuan alat hitung SPSS Statistics 23. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan didapat
    bahwa arena pejabat politik dalam good governance tidak berpengaruh terhadap
    tingkat kepatuhan standar pelayanan publik. Sementara baik arena birokrasi dalam
    good governance, arena masyarakat sipil dalam good governance, dan arena
    masyarakat ekonomi dalam good governance memiliki pengaruh terhadap tingkat
    kepatuhan standar pelayanan publik
    ;---Compliance level of public service standards becomes one of the achievements of
    the 2014-2019 Medium Term Development Plan (Rencana Pembangunan Jangka
    Menengah/RPJMN). However, based on the Compliance Report issued by
    Ombudsman RI, the compliance level on Provincial Governments in Indonesia is
    not achive the target set yet. Along with this, the Indonesia Governance Index
    (IGI) also issued a report on the ranking of the implementation of good
    governance in Indonesia. This study aims to determine how far the influence of
    the implementation of good governance on the compliance level of public service
    standards. The study was conducted in 31 provinces in Indonesia. The assessment
    of good governance is divided into four arenas, arena of political officials, the
    bureaucracy arena, the arena of civil society, and the arena of economic society.
    This study use multiple linear regression analysis techniques using the SPSS
    Statistics 23. Based on the calculation results, it show that the arena of political
    officials on good governance does not affect the level of compliance in public
    service standards. While the bureaucratic arena on good governance, the arena
    of civil society on good governance, and the arena of economic society on good
    governance have an influence on the level of compliance with public service
    standards
