Abstract
Evaluasi pembelajaran yang dilakukan guru berperan penting dalam melihat sejauh mana perkembangan siswa. Oleh karena itu, guru perlu memperhatikan aspek-aspek dalam pelaksanaan evaluasi pembelajaran. Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah guru-guru yang mengajar di SMK Negeri 2 Garut Paket Keahlian Teknik Gambar Bangunan sudah memperhatikan tahapan evaluasi ataukah belum. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui sejauh mana tahapan evaluasi belajar yang dilakukan oleh guru-guru yang mengajar di SMK Negeri 2 Garut Paket Keahlian Teknik Gambar Bangunan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah guru-guru yang mengajar di SMK Negeri 2 Garut Paket Keahlian Teknik Gambar Bangunan yakni sebanyak 36 guru dengan teknik Sampling Total. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan yaitu berupa angket yang sebelumnya dilakukan validitas konstruk yang diujikan kepada pihak yang kompeten dan selanjutnya diberikan kepada responden. Instrumen yang diberikan kepada responden berjumlah 50 item pernyataan dengan lima opsi pilihan jawaban. Analisis yang digunakan yaitu teknik persentase. Sesuai dengan hasil analisis didapat bahwa kinerja guru-guru yang mengajar di SMK Negeri 2 Garut Paket Keahlian Teknik Gambar Bangunan dari aspek pelaksanaan evaluasi pembelajaran yang telah dilakukan, sudah sesuai dengan tahapan evaluasi belajar. Hasil analisis sebanyak 20 guru atau sekitar 55,56% guru selalu melaksanakan evaluasi belajar sesuai tahapan dan 16 guru lainnya atau sekitar 44,44% guru sering melaksanakan evaluasi belajar sesuai tahapan. Bisa disimpulkan bahwa, guru-guru di SMK Negeri 2 Garut Paket Keahlian Teknik Gambar Bangunan sudah sesuai dan memperhatikan tahapan evaluasi. Diharapkan penelitian ini dapat membantu meningkatkan kinerja guru di SMK Negeri 2 Garut Paket Keahlian Teknik Gambar Bangunan kedepannya;---Evaluation of learning conducted by teachers plays an important role in seeing how far students are developing. Therefore, teachers need to pay attention to aspects in the implementation of learning evaluation. The background of this research is to find out whether the teachers who teach at State Vocational High School 2 Garut Building Image Engineering Expertise Package have paid attention to the evaluation stage or not. The purpose of this study was to determine the extent of the stages of learning evaluation conducted by teachers who teach at State Vocational High School 2 Garut Building Image Engineering Expertise Package. The method used in this study is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The sample in this study were teachers who taught at State Vocational High School 2 Garut Garut Building Image Engineering Expertise Package as many as 36 teachers with Total Sampling techniques. The research instrument used is in the form of a questionnaire which previously carried out construct validity which was tested to the competent party and then given to the respondent. The instrument given to the respondent was 50 statement items with five answer choice options. The analysis used is percentage technique. In accordance with the results of the analysis, it was found that the performance of teachers who teach at State Vocational High School 2 Garut Skill Package Building Engineering from the aspect of the evaluation of learning that has been done, is in accordance with the stages of learning evaluation. The results of the analysis of 20 teachers or around 55.56% of teachers always carry out learning evaluations according to stages and 16 other teachers or about 44.44% of teachers often carry out learning evaluations according to the stages. It can be concluded that, the teachers at State Vocational High School 2 Garut Building Engineering Drawing Expertise Package are appropriate and pay attention to the evaluation stages. It is expected that this research can help improve teacher performance at State Vocational High School 2 Garut Building Image Engineering Expertise in the future.
