Abstract
Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh hasil belajar siswa pada pratikum kayu kelas X di SMK Negeri 1 Cirebon yang cenderung kurang. Batasan masalah pada penelitian ini adalah fasilitas bengkel kayu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) Untuk mengetahui gambaran umum fasilitas bengkel kayu di SMK Negeri 1 Cirebon. (2) Untuk mengetahui gambaran umum hasil belajar siswa pada praktikum kayu kelas X di SMK Negeri 1 Cirebon. (3) Untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh fasilitas bengkel kayu terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada praktikum kayu kelas X di SMK Negeri 1 Cirebon. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan motode penelitian korelasional. Variabel dalam penelitian ini adalah Fasilitas Bengkel kayu (X) sebagai variabel bebas dan Hasil Belajar Siswa pada Praktikum Kayu Kelas X di SMK Negeri 1 Cirebon (Y) sebagai variabel terikat. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa jurusan Desain Pemodelan dan Informasi Bangunan kelas X SMK Negeri 1 Cirebon sebanyak 131 siswa. Sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 64 siswa. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan cara Purposive Sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi, kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Pearson Correlation Product Moment, Koefisien Determinasi, dan Uji t. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: (1) Gambaran fasilitas bengkel kayu di SMK Negeri 1 Cirebon cenderung tersebar pada kategori tinggi. (2) Gambaran hasil belajar siswa pada praktikum kayu kelas X di SMK Negeri 1 Cirebon cenderung tersebar pada kategori tinggi. (3) Pengaruh variabel X terhadap variabel Y berada pada kategori sedang serta hipotesis Ha yang berbunyi “Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dari fasilitas bengkel kayu terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada praktikum kayu kelas X di SMK Negeri 1 Cirebon”, diterima Kata Kunci: Fasilitas bengkel kayu, hasil belajar pada praktikum kayu, SMK Negeri 1 Cirebon --------- This research is based on the students’ learning outcomes in wood practice of class X at SMK Negeri 1 Cirebon which tend to be low. The problem limitation in this research is the wood workshop facility. The research objectives include: (1) to know the general overview of wood workshop facilities at SMK Negeri 1 Cirebon, (2) to know the general overview of students’ learning outcomes in wood practice of class X at SMK Negeri 1 Cirebon, and (3) to examine the effect of wood workshop facilities on students’ learning outcomes in wood practice of class X at SMK Negeri 1 Cirebon. This research was a quantitative research which used the correlational research method. The variables in this research were Wood Workshop Facilities (X) as independent variables and Students’ Learning Outcomes in Wood Practice of Class X at SMK Negeri 1 Cirebon (Y) as the dependent variable. The population of this research was all students majoring in Modeling Design and Building Information of class X at SMK Negeri 1 Cirebon, amounting to 129 students. The sample of this research was 64 students chosen by using Purposive Sampling. Observation, questionnaire, and documentation were used as the data collecting techniques. As for the data analysis, Pearson Correlation Product Moment, Determination Coefficient, and t-Test were used. The research results show that: (1) the overview of the wood workshop facilities at SMK Negeri 1 Cirebon tends to be spread in the high category, (2) the overview of students’ learning outcomes in wood practice of class X at SMK Negeri 1 Cirebon tends to be spread in the high category, and (3) the influence of variable X on variable Y whose Ha hypothesis reads "There is a significant influence of wood workshop facilities on students’ learning outcomes in wood practice of class X at SMK Negeri 1 Cirebon", is accepted Keywords: Wood workshop facilities, learning outcomes in wood practice, SMK Negeri 1 Cirebon
