Abstract

Manusia merupakan makhluk beragama, makhluk yang mempunyai fitrah untuk memahami dan menerima nilai-nilai kebenaran yang bersumber dari agama. Perkembangan kesadaran beragama pada usia anak mempunyai peran yang sangat penting, sebagai landasan dasar perkembangan keagamaan pada usia remaja. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran kesadaran beragama pada peserta didik kelas V dan VI SDIT Matahati Nagreg Kabupaten Bandung Tahun Ajaran 2018-2019. Populasi pada penelitian adalah siswa kelas V dan VI yang berjumlah 106. Teknik sampling menggunakan sampel jenuh dengan jumlah sampel 106 orang. Pengumpulan data menggunakan skala model Likert yaitu skala kesadaran beragama (34 valid, α = 0.842). Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan (1) secara umum kesadaran beragama pada peserta didik kelas V dan VI SDIT Matahati Tahun Ajaran 2018/2019 berada pada kategori sedang, (2) terdapat perbedaan tingkat kesadaran beragama pada peserta didik kelas V dan VI SDIT Matahati Tahun Ajaran 2018/2019 ditinjau dari usia, dengan perolehan skor rata-rata tertinggi pada peserta didik berusia 10 tahun. Students’ Religiosity and Development Effort (Descriptive Study in Integrated Islamic Primary School Matahati Nagreg Bandung Regency in the Academic Year 2018/2019) Human beings are religious creatures who have the disposition to understand and accept religious truth and values. Developing religiosity since childhood has an important role in building the basic foundation of religious development later in adolescence. Research aims to describe the religiosity of the 5th and 6th grade students of SDIT (Integrated Islamic Primary School) Matahati Nagreg, Bandung Regency in the academic year 2018/2019. The research population included a total of 106 fifth and sixth grade students. The research used a saturation sampling technique, arriving at a sample size of 106. Data were collected with a religiosity scale based on the likert model (34 valid, α = 0.842). The research adopted a quantitative approach with descriptive method. The research result show that (1) in general, the religiosity of the 5th and 6th grade students of SDIT Matahati academic year 2018/2019 was in the medium category; (2) there was difference in the level of religiosity between the 5th and 6th grade students of SDIT Matahati academic year 2018/2019 in terms of age, with the highest average score obtained by 10-years-old students.
