Abstract

Penelitian ini menjelaskan tentang upaya guru dalam Pengelolaan Pembelajaran Agama di Raudhathul Atfhal dr Setiabudhi Bandung. Adapun subjek yang terlibat dalam penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah yang merangkap menjadi guru dan tiga orang guru lainnya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji lebih dalam mengenai bagaimana upaya guru dalam pengelolaan pembelajaran agama di Raudhathul Athfal dr Setiabudhi Bandung. Penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah desain kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan berupa wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumntasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pembelajaran agama di RA dr Setiabudhi Bandung adalah mengajarkan etika/adab seperti, etika makan dan minum, etika meminta izin. Praktek ibadah seperti praktek sholat, praktek wudhu dan iqro, serta hafalan berupa doa sehari-hari, hafalan surat-surat pendek dan mahfuzoh. Setiap pembelajaran berpedoman pada kurikulum kemenag dan kurikulum 2013. Metode pembelajaran yang digunakaan yaitu dengan cara berulang-ulang melalui pembiasaan. Seperti untuk menghafal surat-surat pendek, doa sehari-hari dan mahfuzoh. Selain itu juga metode bercerita dengan menggunakan buku-buku cerita islami dan cerita teladan. Media yang digunakan dalam pembelajaran agama berupa iqro, buku-buku cerita islami, dan kartu hijaiyah. Kendala yang dihadapi guru-guru harus menguasai beberapa metode pembelajaran dan pengaruh lingkungan rumah yang tidak selalu menerapkan kembali materi yang telah diajarkan di sekolah.---- This research describes the efforts of teachers in Religious Learning Management in Raudhathul Atfhal Dr. Setiabudhi Bandung . The subjects involved in this study are the principal that become as a teacher and three other teachers . The purpose of this study is to examine more deeply about how the efforts of teachers in the Religious Learning Management in Raudhathul Athfal dr. Setiabudhi Bandung . This research used in this Qualitative Design Research with case studies. Collecting techniques is interview , observation , and study documentation. The results showed that religion learning in RA Dr. Setiabudhi Bandung is to teach ethics / adab such as , eating and drinking ethics , how to ask permission ethics. Worship practice such as the practice of prayer , practice of wudu and iqro , as well as rote in the form of daily prayer , memorizing short letters and mahfuzoh . Each learning is guided by KEMENAG curriculum and 2013 curriculum. Learning method that used is by through repeatedly habituation. Like to memorize short letters , daily prayers and mahfuzoh . It is also a method of telling stories by using Islamic story books and exemplary stories. The media used in religious learning in form iqro, Islamic story books , and hijaiyah cards. That is not always constraints faced by teachers must good with some methods of learning and the influence of the home environment.
