Abstract

Permasalahan yang diangkat dalam penelitian ini adalah belum optimalnya hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran produktif Korespondensi di SMK Kiansantang Bandung. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh dimensi conscientiousness terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas X Otomatisasi dan Tata Kelola Perkantoran pada mata pelajaran produktif Korespondensi di SMK Kiansantang Bandung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode ekspalanatori survei, teori yang digunakan adalah teori belajar Behaviorisme Edward. L. Thorndike dan teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah angket 100 Big Five Factor Markers menggunakan skala likert. Jumlah populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 36 siswa dari kelas X Otomatisasi dan Tata Kelola Perkantoran di SMK Kiansantang Bandung tahun ajaran 2018/2019. Dan teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi sederhana. Kesimpulan dari hasil penelitian yang dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh dimensi conscientiousness terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas X Otomatisasi dan Tata Kelola Perkantoran pada mata pelajaran produktif Korespondensi di SMK Kiansantang Bandung yang secara simultan memiliki pengaruh kuat. This research was conducted to find out how the influence of conscientiousness dimensions on learning outcomes of class X students of Automation and Office Management on productive subjects Correspondence at Kiansantang Vocational School Bandung. This research uses survey expalanatory methods, the theory used is Edward Behaviorism's learning theory. L. Thorndike and the data collection techniques used were the questionnaire 100 Big Five Factor Markers using a Likert scale. The population in this study were 36 students from class X Automation and Office Management in Kiansantang Vocational School Bandung academic year 2018/2019. And the data analysis technique used is simple regression analysis. The conclusions from the results of the research conducted indicate that there is an influence of the conscientiousness dimension on the learning outcomes of class X Automation and Office Governance on productive subjects Correspondence in Kiansantang Vocational School Bandung which simultaneously has a strong influence.
