Abstract

Era Revolusi Industri 4.0 merupakan industri yang menggabungkan teknologi otomatisasi dengan teknologi cyber-fisik. Tantangan dan peluang industri 4.0 sangat berdampak dalam kehidupan masyarakat, salah satunya permasalahannya yaitu pengangguran. Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) merupakan salah satu institusi pendidikan formal guna mempersiapkan sumber daya manusia di dunia usaha maupun dunia industri, namun jumlah pengangguran yang berasal dari SMK menduduki peringkat teratas yaitu sebesar 8,92%. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kesiapan SMK Prodi Elektronika Industri di Wilayah Bandung Raya dalam menghadapi Era Revolusi Industri 4.0. Metode penelitian menggunakan kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Respoden penelitian ini berjumlah 9 orang. Aspek yang dilihat yaitu Pengetahuan, Kelembagaan, Sumber Daya Manusia, Sarana dan Prasarana, Standar Kurikulum, Hubungan dengan Stakeholder dan Proses Belajar Mengajar. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan pada umumnya SMKN Prodi Elektronika di Wilayah Bandung Raya yang menjadi objek penelitian telah memiliki kesiapan dalam menghadap revolusi industri 4.0 hal ini dapat dilihat dari aspek-aspek kesiapan yang sudah terpenuhi. Aspek-aspek tersebut meliputi kesiapan pengetahuan, kelembagaan (tata kelola), hubungan dengan Stakeholder, aspek standar kurikulum dan aspek proses belajar mengajar. Kata Kunci : Elektronika Industri, Kesiapan Sekolah, Revolusi Industri 4.0 The era of Industrial Revolution 4.0 is an industry that provides automation technology with cyber-physical technology. The challenges and opportunities of industry 4.0 are very important in people's lives, one of which is the challenge. Vocational High School (SMK) is one of the formal education institutions that prepares human resources in the business world or the industrial world, but the amount of fund needed from Vocational Schools reach a ranking of 8.92%. The purpose of this study to study the readiness of SMK Industrial Electronics Study Program in Bandung Raya Region in the face of the Era of Industrial Revolution 4.0. The research method used qualitative with qualitative descriptive research. The respondents of this study were 9 people. Aspects seen are Knowledge, Institutional, Human Resources, Facilities and Infrastructures, Curriculum Standards, Relationships with Stakeholder and Teaching and Learning Processes. The results of this study indicate that in general the Electronics Study Program Vocational School in the Bandung Raya Region which is the object of research has readiness in the face of the 4.0 industrial revolution. This can be seen from the aspects of readiness that have been fulfilled. These aspects complement knowledge, institutions (governance), relationships with stakeholders, standard curriculum aspects and aspects of the teaching and learning process.
