Abstract

PENGARUH KEPEMIMPINAN INSTRUKSIONAL KEPALA SEKOLAH TERHADAP KINERJA MENGAJAR GURU DI SEKOLAH DASAR NEGERI SE-KECAMATAN SUKASARI KOTA BANDUNG oleh Nur Asmiati Cicih Sutarsih Nani Hartini ABSTRAK Kepemimpinan instruksional kepala sekolah merupakan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah yang fokus pada kegiatan akademik dan hasil belajar siswa melalui pemberdayaan guru secara profesional, sehingga guru harus memiliki kinerja mengajar yang bagus karena mereka yang secara langsung terlibat dalam kegiatan akademik dan hasil belajar siswa. Kinerja mengajar guru merupakan hasil kerja guru dalam melaksanakan tugas dan tanggungjawabnya sebagai guru. Secara umum tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan instruksional kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja mengajar guru di Sekolah Dasar Negeri Se-Kecamatan Sukasari Kota Bandung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, dengan teknik mengumpulan data menggunakan angket pada 73 responden sebagai sampel dari 266 populasi. Analisis perhitungan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan bantuan program Microsoft Excel 2013 dan SPSS Versi 22.0 for Windows. Hasil perhitungan WMS (Weight Means Score), menunjukkan hasil temuan dengan skor kecenderungan umum variabel X (Kepemimpinan Instruksional Kepala Sekolah) sebesar 4.30 termasuk dalam kategori sangat baik. Sedangkan skor kecenderungan umum variabel Y (Kinerja Mengajar Guru) sebesar 4.53 termasuk dalam kategori sangat baik. Hasil dari perhitungan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0.403, artinya terdapat hubungan cukup kuat antara variabel X (Kepemimpinan Instruksional Kepala Sekolah) dengan variabel Y (Kinerja Mengajar Guru). Hasil perhitungan signifikansi korelasi diperoleh harga t_hitung sebesar 3.713, sedangkan t_tabel pada α = 0,05 diperoleh harga t_tabel yaitu 1.666 dengan nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 16.3%. Hal ini dapat diartikan bahwa Kepemimpinan Instruksional Kepala Sekolah memberikan pengaruh terhadap variabel Kinerja Mengajar Guru di Sekolah Dasar Negeri Se-Kecamatan Sukasari Kota Bandung, dan selebihnya 83.7% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak dibahas dalam penelitian ini. Teacher teaching performance is the work of the teacher in carrying out his duties and responsibilities as a teacher. In general, the purpose of this study was to determine the influence of principal instructional leadership toward teaching performance of Public Elementary School teacher in Sukasari Sub-District, Bandung City. This study using descriptive method with a quantitative approach, with the technique of collecting data using questionnaires on 73 respondents as a sample of 266 populations. Calculation Analysis in this study using of Microsoft Excel 2013 and SPSS Version 22.0 for Windows. The calculation results of WMS (Weight Means Score), shows the results with a general trend score variable X (Principal Instructional Leadership) of 4.30 included in the excellent category. While the general trend score variable Y (Teacher Teaching Performance) of 4.53 is included in the excellent category. The results of the calculation of the correlation coefficient are 0.403, meaning that there is a strong enough relationship between variables X (Principal Instructional Leadership) with variable Y (Teacher Teaching Performance). The calculation results of correlation significance obtained by the value of t_count=3.713, while the t_table at α = 0.05 obtained the price of t_table which is 1.666 with a determination coefficient of 16.3%. This can be interpreted that the Principal Instructional Leadership has an influence on the variable teaching performance of Public Elementary School teacher in Sukasari Sub-District, Bandung City, and the remaining 83.7% is influenced by other factors not discussed in this study.
