    Abstract

    Penelitian ini tentang hubungan Self-Talk dengan penalty stroke pada permainan hoki di SMAN 26 Bandung. Untuk mengetahui dua hubungan variabel. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode deskriptif. Sampel penelitian yang digunakan sebanyak 20. Dengan menggunakan teknik total sampling atau sample jenuh. Instrumen penelitian yang di gunakan untuk self-talk angket atau kuesioner dan tes penalty stroke. Nilai korelasi Self-Talk dengan Penalty Stroke pada cabang olahraga hoki ruangan adalah (r 0.508, p 0.022). Terdapat hubungan yang positif antara Self-Talk dengan Penalty Stroke pada permainan hoki ruangan di SMA Negeri 26 Bandung.

    This study was about correlation between Self Talk and Penalty Stroke on Hockey Extracurricular in SMAN 26 BANDUNG. The objectives of the study were to figure out two variable relationship. The method of this study was descriptive method. However the sample is twenty students voits total sampling test. two variable use Instrument self-talk questionnaire and penalty stroke test. Finally the result of the study show that, there is correlation between self-talk and penalty stroke (r 0.508, p 0,022).
