Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun aplikasi Knowledge Management System Sharing Bahan Ajar, mendukung kompetensi pedagogik dan profesional, dan memperoleh tanggapan guru terhadap aplikasi Knowledge Management System Sharing Bahan Ajar. Pembuatan aplikasi ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kebutuhan guru untuk mendapatkan referensi bahan ajar dan dibutuhkan media untuk memudahkan guru dalam sharing bahan ajar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode Research and Development (R&D). Tahapan pengembangan aplikasi ini meliputi tahap analisis, desain, pengembangan, implementasi, dan penilaian. Aplikasi yang telah dikembangkan dan divalidasi oleh ahli media kemudian diimplementasikan kepada guru SMK RPL, TKJ dan Multimedia di SMKN 1 Bandung dan beberapa guru secara online. Dari penelitian ini didapatkan hasil bahwa (1) penilaian aplikasi yang dilakukan oleh ahli media terhadap aplikasi Knowledge Management Sysrem Sharing Bahan Ajar sebesar 93,33%, termasuk kedalam kategori sangat baik (2) aplikasi dapat mendukung kompetensi pedagogik dan profesional guru dengan hasil angket sebesar 100% guru mendukung, termasuk kedalam kategori sangat mendukung (3) aplikasi yang telah dibangun mendapat tanggapan positif dari guru dengan presentase 84% yang termasuk kedalam kategori sangat baik.---------his research aims to design and build applications Knowledge Management System Sharing Instructional Materials, pedagogic competence and professional support, also obtain teacher responses to the application of Knowledge Management System Sharing Instructional Materials. The application development is motivated by the need for teachers to obtain teaching materials and reference media needed to facilitate the sharing of teachers in teaching materials. Method used in this research is Research and Development (R & D). Stages of development of these applications include the analysis phase, design, development, implementation, and assessment. Applications that have been developed and validated by expert media then implemented to vocational school teachers of RPL, TKJ and Multimedia Departement in SMKN 1 Bandung and few online teachers. From this study showed that (1) assessment of the application carried out by media experts on the application System Sharing Knowledge Management Instructional Materials is 93,33%, were assumed into category very good (2) the application can support pedagogic competence and professional teachers with the results of the questionnaire 100% teacher, were assumed into category very support (3) applications that have been built received positive feedback from teachers with a percentage 94% were assumed into category very good.
