Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat rumusan pengembangan program pembelajaran yang dapat meningkatkan kemampuan membaca permulaan pada anak tunagrahita ringan di SLB Nurvita. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut, penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan metode deskriptif dengan dua tahap penelitian. Tahap pertama, pendahuluan, dilakukan untuk menggali kemampuan objektif anak dan pelaksanaan pembelajaran. Tahap kedua, perumusan program dan uji keterlaksanaan. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dilakukan melalui reduksi data, display data, penarikan kesimpulan dan verifikasi. Berdasarkan hasil analisis kondisi objektif kemampuan anak dan hasil analisis kondisi objektif pembelajaran di kelas, dirumuskanlah sebuah program pembelajaran individu membaca permulaan. Program di validasi oleh beberapa validator dengan menggunakan teknik pengkajian melalui kuisioner kepada orang ahli. Setelah dilaksanakan validasi, dilaksanakan uji coba keterlaksanaan program. Implementasi program dilaksanakan oleh guru sehingga terjadinya peningkatan kondisi pembelajaran membaca permulaan di dalam kelas. Hasil dari keterlaksanaan program akan direkomendasikan kepada guru dan penelitinya.----- This study aims to create a formulation of the development of learning programs that can improve early reading ability for children that have intellectual disability at SLB Nurvita. To achieve these objectives, this research is done with qualitative approach and descriptive method with two stages of research. The first stage, the introduction, is carried out to explore students' objective skills and the implementation of learning. The second stage, the formulation of the program and the implementation test. Data collection techniques are done through interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis technique is done through data reduction, data display, conclusion and verification. Based on the results of the objective analysis of the child's ability and the results of the objective learning condition analysis in the classroom, an individual learning program to improve early reading. The program is validated by several validators by using questionnaire technique to the expert. Implementation of the program implemented by the teacher so that the occurrence of improving the condition of early reading in the classroom. The results of the program's implementation will be recommended to teachers and researchers.
