Abstract

Pemahaman merupakan keadaan seseorang memiliki pengetahuan yang dalam sehingga mampu menerjemaahkan dan mengiterpretasikan. Penelitian ini menggambarkan bagaimana hubungan pemahaman PPG terhadap minat menjadi guru mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Teknik Bangunan FPTK-UPI. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk 1) Mengetahui gambaran umum tentang pemahaman Pendidikan Profesi Guru (PPG) mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Teknik Bangunan FPTK-UPI. 2)Mengetahui gambaran umum minat menjadi guru mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Teknik Bangunan FPTK-UPI. 3) Mengidentifikasi seberapa besar hubungan pemahaman PPG terhadap minat menjadi guru mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Teknik Bangunan FPTK-UPI. Penelitian ini bersifat asosiatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, serta menggunakan teknik analisis data tipe statistik parametrik. Sampel yang digunakan adalah proporsional random sampling yaitu mahasiswa Prodi Pendidikan Teknik Bangunan FPTK-UPI . Instrumen yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data yaitu melalui penyebaran angket. Hasil penelitian menunjukan Gambaran tentang pemahaman Pendidikan Profesi Guru (PPG) mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Teknik Bangunan FPTK-UPI tergolong tinggi, dan Gambaran minat menjadi guru mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Teknik Bangunan FPTK-UPI tergolong tinggi juga. Sedangkan untuk hubungan Pemahaman tentang program pendidikan profesi guru (PPG) terhadap minat menjadi guru mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Teknik Bangunan FPTK-UPI mempunyai hubungan yang positif dan signifikan.---------- Comprehension is the state of a person has a deep knowledge that is able to translate and interpret. This study illustrates how the relationship of PPG comprehension to the interest of becoming a student teacher of Building Engineering Education Program FPTK-UPI. The purpose of this research is to 1) Know the general description of the comprehension of Teacher Profession Education (TPE) students of Building Engineering Education Program FPTK-UPI. 2) Knowing the general description of interest to become a student teacher of Building Engineering Education Program FPTK-UPI. 3) To identify how big the TPE comprehension relationship to the interest of becoming a student teacher of Building Engineering Education Program FPTK-UPI. This research is associative with quantitative approach, and also using parametric statistical data type analysis technique. The sample used is proportional random sampling that is student of Building Technical Education Produce FPTK-UPI. The instrument used in data collection is through questionnaire distribution. The results of the study show the description of the comprehension of Teacher Profession Education (TPE) of the Faculty of Engineering Building Study Program of FPTK-UPI is high, and the description of the interest to be a student teacher of Building Engineering Education Program FPTK-UPI is also high. As for the relationship of comprehension program of Teacher Profession Education (TPE) to the interest of becoming a student teacher of Building Engineering Education Program FPTK-UPI has a positive and significant relationship.
