Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan instrumen penilaian kinerja siswa SMA
pada praktikum hukum kekekalan massa dengan Teknik self dan peer assesment yang
memiliki kualitas (validitas dan realibilitas) serta keterlaksanaan yang baik. Instrumen yang
dikembangkan terdiri dari 7 indikator, 24 task dan rubric. Metode yang digunakan yaitu
metode pengembangan dan validasi yang mengacu dan memodifikasi metode dari Adams
& Wieman (2010). Terdapat 4 langkah penelitian yaitu perencanaan, pengembangan,
validasi dan uji coba. Langkah perencanaan dan pengembangan dilakukan untuk
mengetahui proses pengembangan instrumen. Langkah validasi dilakukan untuk
menentukan kualitas instrumen. Kualitas instrumen yang dikembangkan memiliki validitas
isi sangat baik dengan nilai CVR = 1 untuk seluruh butir task dan rubrik sehingga
dinyatakan valid. Nilai reliabilitas instrumen diperoleh melalui dua kali observasi yaitu
pada empat dan enam siswa setiap kelompok dengan tiga observer yang sama. Nilai
tersebut menunjukan bahwa instrumen reliabel. Jumlah optimal siswa yang dapat diamati
oleh observer yaitu empat orang. Uji coba dilakukan untuk mengetahui keterlaksanaan
instrumen dengan menganalisis nilai correlation pearson dan mengintrepretasikan hasil
angket siswa. Berdasarkan uji coba terdapat kesamaan nilai siswa (self dan peer
assessment) dengan nilai observer karena seluruh nilai correlation pearson diatas batas
minimal yaitu 0,25. Seluruh siswa merespon baik terhadap instrumen yang digunakan
dengan interpretasi skor angket >90% atau kategori sangat baik.----------The purpose of this research is to develop the instrument assessment of the high school
students performance assessment in the practice of the law of mass conservation technique
on self and peer assessment that have a good quality (validity and reability) and an
implementation. The instrument components developed consist of task and rubric. The
method that used is development and validation method which is refers and modify from
Adams and Wieman (2010) method. Four steps of research are planning, developing,
validation, and trials. Planning and developing step is done to know the process of
instrument development. The validation step is done to determine the quality of the
instrument. The quality of developed instrument have a good content of validity with value
CVR = 1 for all items task and rubric so it declared as valid. Value of the instrument
reability obtained from twice observation that are at four and six students every group with
three same observers. That value shows that the instrument is reliable. Optimum amount
of the students that can be observed are four students. The trials is done to know the
instrument implementation with analyze value correlation pearson and interpret the student
questionnaire results. Based on the trials there are similarity in the students’ scores (self
and peer assessment) with the observer score because all of the correlation pearson value
above the minimum limit which is 0.25. All of the students respond is well to the instrument
that used with the interpretation of questionnaire scores >90% or very well category.
