    Abstract

    Penelitianinibertujuanuntuk memperolehinformasipengaruhpenerapanmodel pembelajaranPDEODEterhadappenguasaankonsepdansikapilmiahsiswa pada pembelajaranpencemaran air, sertamengetahuiresponsiswaterhadapmodel pembelajaranPDEODE.Penelitianinidilakukanterhadapduakelas X yaknisebagaikelaseksperimendankontrol di SMA Negeri14 Bandung.Desainpenelitian yang digunakanialahnonequivalent control goup pretest-posttest design.Teknikpenentuansampel yang digunakancluster random sampling. HasilmenunjukkanbahwasiswamemberikanresponpositifterhadappembelajaranPDEODE.Hasilujistatistikadenganmenggunakanujiindependent t test menunjukkanbahwa modelpembelajaran PDEODE memilikipengaruhterhadappeningkatanpenguasaankonsepsiswa, adapunnilaisignifikansi yang didapatkanialah 0,000 < 0,05. Skorperolehan N-gain yang didapatkankelaseksperimendankelaskontrolberadapadakategori yang samayaknikategorisedangnamunmemilikiperolehanangka yang berbedayakni 0,58padakelaseksperimendan 0,47 padakelaskontrol.Persentasesikapilmiahpadakelaseksperimenjuga lebihbesardibandingkankelaskontrol.Kelaseksperimenmemilikipersentasisikapilmiahsebesar 83,13%, sedangkankelaskontrolmemilikipersentase 79,26%.Hal inimenunjukkanbahwa model pembelajaran PDEODE mampumeningkatkanpenguasaankonsepsiswadan juga terhadapsikapilmiahsiswa.Adanyapenelitianinidiharapkandapatmengubahkegiatanpembelajaran yang semulaberpusatpada guru menjadiberpusatpadasiswa, sehingga model pembelajaran PDEODE dapatdijadikanalternatifpembelajaran yang student centered. Penelitianinidiharapkan juga mampuuntukmemperbaharui model-model pembelajaran yang digunakan di sekolah.

    The aim of research is to find out the influence of the application of the model of learning PDEODE against the mastery of concepts and scientific attitude of students to the study of water pollution, as well as knowing the response of students towards learning model PDEODE. This research was done to twoclass X which is class experiment and class control in SMA Negeri 14 Bandung. The research design used is the nonequivalent control group pretest-posttest design. The technique of determination of the sample used cluster random sampling. The results of the analysis showed that the students gave positive response towards the learning model PDEODE.The result of statistical test by using independent t test indicates that learning model PDEODE has an impact on the improvement of student’s mastery concept, thesignificancy value is 0,000 < 0,05. The N-gain score brings the classroom experiment and control classes are on the same category but it has a dofferent score which is 0.58 on class experiments and 0.43 on class control. Percentage of the scientific attitude in class experiments is also larger than the class of the control. Class experiment has 83,13% and class control has 79,26% percentage of scientific attitude. This shows that the model of learning PDEODE was able increase towards students mastery concepts and also a scientific attitude towards students. The existence of this research are expected to change the original learning activities centered on the teacher becomes the student-centered, so this learning model can be used as an alternative of student centered learning. This research is expected to also afford to renew learning models that are used in the school.
