    Abstract

    Pengembangan kurikulum 2013 diantaranya untuk mencetak bangsa yang kreatif. Bangsa yang kreatif diantaranya lahir dari sekolah, maka diperlukan alat untuk mengukur keterampilan berpikir kreatif secara signifikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur tes keterampilan berpikir kreatif ditinjau dari karakteristik tes. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah mix method dengan pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui validasi ahli dan uji coba. Tes yang dihasilkan terdiri dari sepuluh essay yang di ujicobakan terhadap 139 siswa di salah satu SMA di kota Bandung. Berdasarkan validasi ahli, aspek materi memiliki indeks Aiken’V dalam rentang 0,67 sampai 0,92; aspek konstruk dalam rentang 0,58 sampai 0,75; aspek bahasa dalam rentang 0,67 sampai 0,75. Secara umum, konstruksi tes memenuhi kriteria valid. Karakteristik tes menggunakan analisis item respon theory dengan partial credit model. Hasil analisis diperoleh nilai slope (a) sebesar 1,00, location (b) berada dalam rentang -0,82 sampai 1,15, hal ini menunjukkan bahwa tes berkategori baik. Serta perpotongan antara kurva informasi dengan standar error terletak pada nilai -1,3 hingga 1,4 yang berarti dapat mengukur kemampuan rendah (di bawah rata-rata) sampai kemampuan tinggi (di atas rata-rata). A creative nation comes from the schools, it is necessary tools to measure creative thinking skills significantly. This study aims to generate creative thinking skills tests in terms of the construction and characteristics of the test. This research used mix method as the research design in which the collected data was gained through expert validation and the test. The test consisted of ten essays that were tested on 139 students in one senior high school in Bandung. The characteristics of the test is using the analysis of Item Response Theory with Partial Credit Models. The gained results from the analysis are (a) the slope value of 1.00. location, (b) it is in the range of -0.82 to 1.15. Theses indicate that the test is valid. Moreover, the intersection of the information curve with a standard error lies in the value of -1.3 to 1.4. It means the test can measure the students’ low ability (below average) to high ability (above average). Keywords: Characteristic of test, Creative thinking, PCM
