Abstract
Fokus penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis kinerja bisnis industri kreatif digital di Indonesia, bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kecocokan stratejik dan kapabilitas dinamik terhadap kinerja bisnis yang diformasikan oleh variabel perubahan lingkungan luar dan sumberdaya internal perusahaan. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif dan verifikatif dengan sampel berukuran 96, unit analisisnya adalah perusahaan industri kreatif digital di Jakarta, Bandung dan sekitarnya. Pengumpulan data primer dilakukan melalui kuesioner dan wawancara dengan senior leader perusahaan. Analisis verifikatif dilakukan menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) berbasis Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kinerja bisnis dipengaruhi secara signifikan oleh kecocokan stratejik, dimana kecocokan stratejik dipengaruhi secara signifikan oleh kemampuan dinamis dan perubahan lingkungan luar. Selanjutnya kapabilitas dinamik dipengaruhi secara signifikan pula oleh sumberdaya internal dan perubahan lingkungan luar perusahaan. Penelitian ini juga menghasilkan suatu model manajemen stratejik, yang dapat dijadikan premis dan referensi untuk penelitian di masa yang akan datang, yang disebut Model Kecocokan Stratejik. ;--- Focus of this research is for analyzing business performance of digital creative industry in Indonesia. This study aims to analyze the influence of strategic match and dynamic capability on business performance, which are preceded by the external environment and internal resource as former variables. This research used descriptive and verificative method with 96 samples. Units of analysis were creative industry companies located in Jakarta, Bandung and surrounding areas. Primary data were collected by questionnaires and interviews with the company’s senior leaders. Verification analysis was conducted using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Square (PLS). The result shows that strategic match gives a strong and significant influence on business performance, in which strategic match is influenced significantly by dynamic capability and the changes of external environment. Furthermore, dynamic capability is influenced significantly by changes on external environment and internal resources of the companies. This research also created a new model of strategic management that can be used as premise and reference for future research, which entitled Strategic match Model.
