Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMA Negeri 15 Bandung. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mencari besaran pengaruh self efficacy, motivasi berprestasi, dan IQ terhadap prestasi belajar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode korelasional dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa SMA Negeri 15 Bandung. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah convenience sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data dibagi menjadi dua, yaitu pengumpulan data primer, penyebaran angket self efficacy dan motif berprestasi, dan pengumpulan data sekunder, studi dokumentasi hasil tes intelegensi dan rekap nilai prestasi belajar mata pelajaran PAI, Bahasa Indonesia, Bahasa Inggris, Program Peminatan 1 (Sastra Indonesia, Ekonomi, dan Matematika), Program Peminatan 2 (Bahasa Inggris Peminatan, Sejarah, dan Fisika), Program Peminatan 3 (Bahasa Jerman, Geografi, dan Kimia), dan Program Peminatan 4 (Antropologi, Sosiologi, dan Biologi) berdasarkan nilai raport dan UAS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan self efficacy, motif berprestasi, dan IQ terhadap prestasi belajar pada mata pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia, Bahasa Inggris, Program Peminatan 1, Program Peminatan 2, Program Peminatan 3, dan Program Peminatan 4 berdasarkan nilai raport. Selain itu ditemukan juga pengaruh yang signifikan self efficacy, motif berprestasi, dan IQ terhadap prestasi belajar pada mata pelajaran PAI, Bahasa Inggris, Program Peminatan 1, Program Peminatan 2, Program Peminatan 3, dan Program Peminatan 4 berdasarkan nilai UAS. Peneliti menyimpulkan bahwa tidak ditemukan pola pengaruh yang konsisten variabel self efficacy, motivasi berprestasi dan IQ terhadap prestasi belajar pada mata pelajaran yang diteliti. Penulis menyarankan untuk peneliti selanjutnya agar dapat mengumpulkan data dengan cara lain, terutama data prestasi belajar.;---The research was conducted in SMAN 15 Bandung. The research aims to sufficient magnitude exists effects between self efficacy, achievement motivation, and IQ on learning outcomes. Method used is a quanitative correlational research method. The population on this research is all students at SMAN 15 Bandung. Sampling used is convenience sampling. Data collections are divided into two section, namely primary data collection such as self efficacy and need of achievement questionnaires, and secondary data collection such as documentating studies of the intelligence test reports and a learning outcomes recap on subject as PAI, Indonesian, English, Subjects Specialisation 1 (Indonesian literature, economics, and mathematics), Subjects Specialisation 2 (English specialization, History, and Physics), Subjects Specialisation 3 (German, Geography, and Chemistry), and Subjects Specialisation 4 (Anthropology, sociology, and biology) based on report book and Test Score. The research findings indicate that a significant difference self efficacy, achievement motivation, and IQ on learning outcomes in the subjects of Indonesian, English, Subjects Specialisation 1, Subjects Specialisation 2, Subjects Specialisation 3, and Subjects Specialisation 4 based on the report book. Also found was significant difference self efficacy, achievement motivation and IQ on learning outcomes in the subjects of PAI, English, Subjects Specialisation 1, Subjects Specialisation 2, Subjects Specialisation 3, and Subjects Specialisation 4 based on Test Score. The Author conclude that theres no consistent pattern of effects self efficacy, achievement motivation, and IQ on the learning outcomes in the subjects studied. The Author suggested for the further researcher to be able to collect the data in other ways, especially for learning outcmes data.
